Great entry lever
Exactly what I wanted at ~1/2 the price of a local store. Fast shipping, NIB, great product. Matches my Yale key-less deadbolt perfectly.

it's fine, but Yale quality seems to have declined
It's a perfectly good passage door handle. Easy to install, although the instructions are in tiny micro print (but Yale has detailed installation videos). The only real issue is Yale quality seems to have gone down. The strike plate, for example, measurements aren't very accurate. One end (edge to hole) is 1mm wider than the other, which had me increasing the notch length on the door frame only to find out that rotating the plate around again lined up. I do prefer the locking pin detente to hold the handle on over tightening a hex screw, which always seems to loosen over time.

Not great quality, poor instructions
Got this passage handle to match my Yale smart lock. Totally matches. The problems start with the instructions. One, they are very small and hard to read. Two, if you follow them, the handles go on backwards. Finally, when you adjust the length of the latch, the actual latch recesses and is no longer functional. I had to re-install the old, none matching handle. Will be contacting Yale for guidance. Build quality is nowhere near as good as the Schlage it was to replace.

Good looking and works well
Overall it's a well-made product. There are two things I don't like.1) The cover plate is slightly smaller than most other doorknobs, so you can see the outline of the old doorknob cover, and the paint on the door needs to be touched up to look perfect.2) As another reviewer mentioned, the instructions tell you to install the lever release pins backwards. You have to do the exact opposite of the instructions for the handles to go on correctly.
