Great flavor and so easy!
Such an easy way to get fast protein and veggies in! I love that I don’t have to think about breakfast and can just pop these in the microwave. Highly recommend for busy moms who forget to it!

Great for breakfast! Note: The 18 minutes @ 350° given on the package is not enough time. 25 minutes makes them come out great. (Its worth the wait!)

I expected these to be a little bit more airy. They were kind of dense and I didn't like the texture of the eggs; they were chewy. The spinach flavor overpowered all the other flavors. They are the perfect size for a snack. I thought they were a little bit pricey but I wanted to try something new and more healthy. I did appreciate that they are individually wrapped and they cooked directly into the wrapper. I didn't have to do anything; just pop them in the microwave. * My microwave is the suggested wattage for the 45 second cook time but I had to add a little extra time. I think at 1 minute at 1000 watts would be perfect. 👍
