Very Useful Piece Of Kit
I bought the purple band in order to assist me with completing a muscle up. I was worried that the band wouldn’t be able to hold my whole body weight but it turned out to be a lot stronger than I thought! I couldn’t lower myself below the bar so I bought the lighter red one which I’m yet to try out for a muscle up. There was a document sent with the confirmation email that showed a variety of exercises that targets almost every muscle group which makes the band a very useful piece of equipment. It’s also great to have when you’re on holiday when there are no gyms or weights nearby. I think it’s very handy to have as there are many things you can do with them and you can take it anywhere.

Good quality
I ordered the red and black bands, they are very good quality and even came with individual drawstring bags for storage, which is very handy. Item came on time also.
