Completely recommend this kit, it comes with waterproof adhesive, tools, and a glass screen protector. I was doubtful about this screen replacement as I saw many reviews for other kits that were disastrous, but I'm glad I got this particular kit. The screen replacement is clearer than my original OEM screen and came with the earpiece and sensor plastic holders. A waterproof adhesive and a glass screen protector were included, which is an extra $10-15 worth of items that aren't usually included. I can't speak for the quality of the tools included as I have my own tools. The installation is tricky if it's your first but if you've ever replaced an iphone battery than it's not difficult. Skip the pamphlet and watch a few youtube videos on half speed. BE SURE to test the screen, typing, and cameras before putting the adhesive in and squeezing your phone back together. FYI, the bezel or edges of this screen do sit a mm higher than the stock so it will feel like the screen is not fully in but it is. My only complaints are that there was a crease in my screen connector cables and a piece of plastic that interrupted the waterproof adhesive. The creased cables did not affect the installation or quality of the screen. A the piece of plastic in the adhesive did mess up the waterproofing a bit. This is a defective adhesive so I spoke to customer service and they rectified it within two days.

I have plenty of experience replacing iPhone screens and this is the best quality screen I have ever used. Touch sensitivity seems to be the exact same as the original screen. The color temperature is slightly blue, but that's easily fixed by making sure "Night Shift" is always enabled on the lowest setting. Contrast is possibly slightly lower, but it's not noticeable unless you're looking for it AND have another iPhone with an original screen beside it. Also, this is the first screen that I've installed that the plastic bezel actually fits perfectly with the rest of the phone. It was helpful that I didn't have to transfer over the old LCD back plate (although I did have to transfer the home button and earpiece/proximity/ambient light/front camera flex assembly). And the adhesive to seal everything up was a great help as well. The tools were ok, I've used better feeling ones, but these got the job done just fine. The only tool you'll have to supply is a heat gun or hair dryer to loosen up the old adhesive when taking the old screen off. My only complaint so far is that there are pressure spots when pressing hard in the center of the screen (they go away immediately after letting off of the screen. It's such a minor complaint that I still believe this earns 5 stars.

I have ordered many screens from Amazon (about 140 to 150) and have encountered varying degrees of quality concerning the screen and accompanying tool kits. The tool kits used to be junk but seem to be improving. I cannot say enough good things about this screen and toolkit! The screen comes with a camera centering ring in place as well as a proximity sensor frame! These are pieces that I always had to scavenge off of the old screens and tediously apply adhesive to to stick back in place on the new screens. This is the first time that I received a screen with those included. This also includes both an adhesive gasket and a screen protector glass—-things that I would usually have to order separately for about an additional 10-15 dollar cost combined. This is a very nice addition! The toolkits are excellent and this is the first working-worthwhile triwing screwdriver that I have received with a screen. This alone is impressive. This will now be my #1 choice for replacement screens!

The screen works great I guess. But the tools in the set does not work well, one of the screw driver broke when we use it, and we end up to ask help form a ppl who works in the phone repair store.

Solid product. The included tools were surprisingly good, the tri-wing did grab the Y screws that my old driver couldn’t catch. This is only screen and digitizer. You have to transplant both Fingerprint reader and camera/speaker assembly. I bungled the speaker, but I guess that was me being impatient/hamhanded. Colors are solid, digitizer works ok.

Installed it worked fine but it did not last long before it started acting up, Delays in touching areas of the screen.. and then it broke without being dropped. One day I started it and the screen was all dead and pixelated.

There are little details here and there that aren't up to par with the original screen, but for the money it is really quite good. Definitely satisfied overall with the purchase. That said, the first screen I got rendered my proximity sensor useless. When I made a call the screen didn't turn off when I held my phone to my ear like it is supposed to. Very annoying problem that led to accidentally pressing the speaker phone, mute, FaceTime and hangup buttons. Upon closer inspection the replacement screen didn't have the same "peep hole" tint for the sensor like the original had. I wrote to the vendor and they shipped me a second screen with 2 day delivery free of charge. The second screen did have a tinted proximity sensor window and it worked! So perhaps they're learning and improving quality of screens as they go along. Only had it for a few days so we'll see how it holds up over time.

Through thorough research through Amazon, I found that even though this screen replacement had the smallest reviews, it had the most positive ratio. Ive had many negative experiences with bad replacement LCDs, however to my pleasant surprise this replacement not only had a higher quality screen, but a nice and convenient toolkit to further my liking. Will definitely recommend if you are nervous about an aftermarket apple screen.

Feels like an original screen. Flex cables looked like they had been repaired, no impact on display function. Inclusion of tools and a screen protector are a nice bonus. Would buy again, but hope I don’t have to!

Toutes es parfait sauf qui manque le tournevis pour inter changer le home bouton. J'ai chercher partout pour en acheter et j'en ai trouvé nul part, donc j'ai du aller chez mobile expert pour enlever 3 vis et qui ma couté 20$ du a l'outils manquant.

AWESOME, an actual person here btw lmfao. Ive bought screens before and the complains abt the “home button not working” has happened to me before, it’s the cause of a build defect with the lower connector. THIS ONE IS WELL BUILT THO. i spent an whites evening looking at reviews so if anyone out there is searching for a screen that’ll work. this is the one, will continue to buy screens from this as i am a phone repair person.
