The product heading and the picture says 500mg, the product description says 250 mg. Which is it?

The product has 250 mg Choline and 250 mg Inositol the combination of both equals 500 mg of Choline/Inositol.

Can the caps be pulled apart and contents mixed with a liquid? Does the choline have a bad taste?

I take both choline and inositol as a powder. The choline has a mildly sour taste, like lemons. The inositol has a more sweet taste. Neither is objectionable.
