Remove - i read it easy to remove, i have had it a month and i still can’t figure out how to get it off. any tips? i have gouged parts of the edges

Hello, we are sorry that this has caused you confusion. Based on the characteristics of this watch case, there is a way to easily remove it. You can try using your fingernail to pry open the watch case from the left side. We recommend that you wear the watch on your wrist while doing this, as it will make it easier to remove the case. If you have any other questions about our watch case, you can contact us and we will be happy to help you.

El de 40mm le podrá servir al de 38mm le quedará grande

Creo le quedará grande, tengo el de 40 y le queda justo a la medida.

Do i install both the film and the protector

Hello, our watch case comes with a tempered glass film and has a hardness of 9H. It can effectively prevent the watch screen from being scratched in daily life, so there is no need to apply an additional tempered glass film with our case.

How do I contact misxi? My screen protector is cracked.

Send it back to Amazon and say it's broken, you'll get another one.
