I bought this after buying an angle grinder and reading up on the remarkably common injuries they cause.I'm pleased that it is so easy to use despite giving such good coverage. The hardest part was removing the visor to remove the front and back protective films. It's fiddly but not that difficult. Putting the visor back in was easy.Once prepped, you just pop it on your head and push down / twist the adjuster at the back so the band grips as tightly as you need and are comfortable with. Then the visor swivels up /down as needed with next to no effort.As a test, I had no problem wearing safety goggles and a 3M 7502 respirator underneath the visor. Ear muffs are more tricky, but I dug out an old cheap pair that could be used. It helped that the headband on those muffs could be rotated to the back of the head. I will look for a decent pair with this feature.

No matter what goggles i wear under a car and no matter how carefully I fit them within 10 seconds of starting I've got shit in my eye, I tried goggles with an attached face mask which solved that problem but the mask drives your breath up into the goggles and fogs them up, especially if you're working up a sweat. This does fog a little but it tends to fog under the line of your nose rather than into your eyeline and it clears fairly quickly so it doesn't build up much giving a clearer view. Pretty good range of adjustments and should fit a respirator underneath if needed.Downsides? the visor isn't as strong as safety goggles, will protect against small particles from a grinder but I wouldn't want to put it to the test if a disc failed. Also a fairly common problem with a lot of head-gear is the adjustment knob is at the back so if you put your head on the ground working on your back it digs in a bit and can loosen the adjuster, shame they can't move these things to the side.

This Honeywell face shield replaced a much cheaper face shield I had been using for woodturning, which was not totally efficient in shielding my face from wood chips, however, it was a third of the price of this face shield. The Honeywell face shied because of its wrap around construction does protect the face from wood chips, is easily adjusted to suit, comfortable in to use, does not fog and clicks open when the face shield is swivelled open. It easily accommodates a dust mask for dust inhalation protection. I've been using this for a couple of weeks and I'm more than satisfied.

I bought this to wear with woodworking to reduce dust on my glasses and prevent being hit by the odd bit of wood chip as it comes off a table saw and it does that job fine while being comfortable enough to wear for reasonably long jobs.It is a bit of a tight squeeze when I wear my dust mask (Scott Profile 2 with particle filters) and can suffer with condensation low down (although that's by virtue of the 'out' port for the face mask being right against the visor).Something I hadn't realised before I bought it, is that the visor (going from the data sheet from Honeywell's website) is only rates to BT for protection ("medium energy impacts" at a wide temperature range), this, as far as I can tell, is because it's made of 1mm polycarbonate (there's a Bolle visor also on amazon that is AT rated, "high energy" at wide temperatures, and it uses 2mm). However, the replacement visors are cheap and easily bought on Amazon and it's also possible to get darkened ones elsewhere should I feel the need to use it around welding.

The helmet is of poor quality.It’s uncomfortable to wear, and the headband digs in and in my case caused headaches.The visor was difficult to assemble into the helmet and the get to stay in position.I bought the full face mask to mainly stop bits of wire wheel hitting my face when l use the bench grinder wire wheel attachment.It does the job of stopping flying debris from hitting my face, but does scratch easily and already the visor is pitted and has swirl marks all over it.Very soon it will need changing, as my vision is worstening £

Although a bit pricey compared to other face shields, this one feels much better made with a more rigid 'welding mask style' support frame, well padded head bands, and a good range of adjustments. It also looks to cover a bigger area of the head and neck. The lower part of the screen sometimes mists up a bit with the breath whilst in use, but that soon clears. I would certainly recommend it if you can get it at a reasonable cost as I did.Tip - wash the screen under water to remove dust, as wiping it with the hands or a cloth will scratch it.

As the title says and the picture shows the visor itself does not fit into the surround correctly, it stands proud by about 10mm from the bottom of the shield. Now I have to return it to Amazon and then wait 5-7 business days for a refund.I should have known better and bought from a reputable source for this type of product. I am not sure I would have trusted this face shield to provide proper protection even if it had not been faulty.Badly made and cheap. I'm amazed it has so many good reviews.

Bought this for when I use my angle grinder. I chose this as it looks like there will be plenty of room underneath to wear my goggles/face guard combi for extra protection. Well grinders are notoriously dangerous and YouTube knows all too well so I wasn't taking any chances here. Looks good, the frame is solid and adjustments are plentiful and easy. The clear sheild is not solid as I imagined it would be but rather flexible like a plasticised rubber. I like this feature and take comfort in the fact that the flexibility will absorb any kenetic energy across when whole shield should the unfortunate happen and not simply take blunt force like a rigid shield would. I can only give 4 stars as I have no intention of taking a direct hit from a rapidly spinning disk.

Super Schutz. Kopfhalter ist lückenlos einstellbar also passt somit auf jeden Kopf.Scheibe macht einen sehr guten Eindruck.Alles in allem ein sehr solides Produkt und tut genau das was es soll, das komplette Gesicht schützen.

La mascara no tiene tan buen acabado como en la foto. No es plástico brillante de buen aspecto, es el típico plástico negro barato. El soporte en la cabeza es cómodo, ajustable y funciona correctamente, pero todas las piezas son de plástico y no creo que duren muchos años o un uso muy intensivo. La pantalla transparente está bien, aunque podría ser mas gruesa. En resumen me parece un buen producto, pero por casi 30€ sinceramente me esperaba más.

Producto fantástico. Cubre toda la cara sin dejar resquicio alguno, también se puede ajustar la separación entre la cara y la pantalla para no sentirnos agobiados, las gafas tampoco suponen ningún problema. También permite ajustar el diámetro y altura del soporte en función del tamaño de la cabeza. La pantalla es de policarbonato, lo que significa garantia de protección.La he comprado reacondicionada, Amazon indicaba que tenía alginas rozaduras, pero estas eran prácticamente imperceptibles y además estaba nueva. Eso sí, gracias a ello me ha costado diecinueve euros.Creo que el mayor inconveniente de este producto es su gran tamaño y que la pantalla no tiene ninguna protección contra ralladuras, aún así es un producto fenomenal, sobe todo teniendo en cuenta lo que me ha costado.

Das Gesichtsschutzvisier ist mehr als nur den Preis wert. Es ist nicht ohne Grund auch eines der Hauptteile wenn es um Sicherheit in Labors in Universitäten im Lande geht.Ich hab es aber vor allem für Arbeiten mit Schlamm und Wasser (z.B. Aufräumarbeiten nach Hochwasser) sowie diverse Arbeiten mit Splittern (z.B. Stemmarbeiten bei Beton) erworben. Ebenso kann man es als Schutz beim Anrühren von Kalkputz und dergleichen verwenden, um zu vermeiden, dass einem diese Dinge ins Gesicht spritzen.Einzig ein kleines Detail fiel mir dabei negativ auf, weshalb es zwar 5 von 5 Sternen gibt, wobei es eigentlich 4,5 von 5 sein müssten bei der Bewertung, man kann keinen Bügelgehörschutz tragen, bzw. es gibt nur sehr wenige, die man dazu verwenden könnte, aber handelsübliche Kapselgehörschutz-Systeme mit Bügel, vergiss es... das geht sich mit der ganzen Sache nicht aus.In diesem Fall rate ich dann doch zu Gehörschutzstöpseln, oder aber zu einem anderen Gesichtsschutz (z.B. einer Kombi aus Gehörschutz und Visier, bzw. einem entsprechendem Helm mit den Zubehörteilen.Aber vor allem für Labors und andere Arbeiten (z.B. Holzdreherei) wo es in der Regel eher leise zu geht vom Geräuschpegel, eine klare Kaufempfehlung... würde ich sicher wieder kaufen.

ich verwende den Helm bei Drechselarbeiteb und bin sehr zufrieden damit, endlich fliegen keine Späne mehr ins Gesicht und unters T-Shirt, Passform lässt sich gut einstellen.OK, beim Aufsetzen beschlägt der Helm manchmal, aber nach ein paar Sekunden ist dvon nichts mehr übrig und kommt nicht wiederEinige hier haben den schwierigen Zusammenbau bemängelt, aber jetzt mal ehrlich, wer DAS nicht auf Anhieb hinbekommt, sollte die Finger besser generell von manuellen Arbeiten lassen, denn der hat zwei linke Hände und wohl auch Null technisches Verständnis... und das sage ich als Frau, die hauptberuflich in einem Büro ihr Geld verdient

Ein toller Gesichtsschutz. Bei einer Schutzbrille hat man oft das Problem, dass sie im Kombination mit einer Atemschutzmaske beschlägt. Hier ist das nur begrenzt der Fall. Auch Überkopfarbeiten sind damit viel angenehmer, da einem nicht der ganze Dreck ins Gesicht fällt. Die Qualität ist wirklich gut, zwar ein Plastikbomber, aber für Gelegenheitsarbeiten völlig ausreichend.Leider sind manche Leute hier nicht in der Lage, die Schutzfolien auf beiden Seiten abzuziehen, deshalb so viele 1 Sterne Bewertungen.

Das Visier ist bei Lieferung von beiden Seiten foliert, beim Wiedereinsetzen macht der recht dünne Kunststoff dann aber einen sehr stabilen Eindruck. Wahrscheinlich verstärkt die Wölbung die Schutzwirkung. Habe damit ein paar Minuten Holz "gecarved", dabei fliegen auch Stücke, die selbst nach dem Abprallen an der Wand noch leicht schmerzen würden, dieser Gesichtsschutz verhinderte auch die von der Seite anfliegenden Stücke optimal. Beim ersten Mal flexen kniff ich wegen der Funken die Augen zusammen und dachte "schon wieder die Schutzbrille vergessen", bis ich realisiert habe, dass es garnicht notwendig ist. Der Sichtbereich ist traumhaft...Der verstellbare Kopfring muss auch noch eingebaut werden. Dies ist intuitiv und recht einfach, obwohl nur die Sicherheitshinweise, jedoch nicht die Anleitung in deutsch beiliegt. (Brauchen wir Männer auch nicht...)Der Tragekomfort ist sehr angenehm, eine Einstellung für einen stabilen und bequemen Sitz war leicht zu finden.Das Schweißband ist abnehm- und waschbar und trägt hierzu bei. Ein Gehörschutz passt auch noch "rein", solange er nicht zu globig ist. Mit den beiden "Schrauben" außen, kann man die Spannung so vorstellen, dass es sich mit einem Kopfnicken schließen lässt, oder auch nicht... Den Winkel des Visiers in der Endposition ist ebenfalls verstellbar, bei leicht nach vorn geneigter Arbeitshaltung ist der Schutz einfach optimal. Das Visier läuft bei normaler Atmung nicht an, ein heftiger Hauch verschwand sofort wieder. So kann man den Gesichtsschutz bestimmt stundenlang tragen.

Io lavoro in carpenteria metallica.Lo uso per la smerigliatura, l'ho provato in questa settimana e devo dire che è comodissimo. Io lo porto con maschera per polveri e gas, tutto si abbina perfettamente. Protegge perfettamente dagli spruzzi metallici.La cosa che non so è se protegge dalla rottura di un disco grande, non ho idea se possa resistere o meno, ma non credo.La plastica della struttura non è delle migliori, prezzo troppo elevato.Ad ogni modo è comunque sempre meglio dei soli occhiali che sicuramente non proteggono le altri parti del volto dalle schegge.

pour la petite histoire, j'avais vu ce produit sur une video candienne et ne pensait pas trouver ça chez nous, tant nous sommes habitué a prendre des lunettes/masques de protection. j'ai tenté et attendais un confort d utilisation par rapport a des lunettes, (buée, marque sur le visage pas agreable....)et je ne suis pas decu.très bonne visibilté,bonne protection contre eclatstien bien sur la tete avec l'attache reglablefacile a relevéje n'ai pas eu de buée malgré un coup de chaud a taper comme une mule dans un mur :)bref, pour le moment je vote pour!

Sehr angenehm einzustellen, sowohl auf Kopfumfang als auch "Anschlagwinkel" des Schildes. Die 20€, die ich ausgab, waren sehr gut umgesetzt. Scheibe lässt sich sehr entspannt wechseln und auch nachkaufen (ca. 7€ das Stück).Ich nutze sie bei der Arbeit in der Chemieindustrie sowie beim Heimwerken und kann nicht klagen. Lösemittelfest ist sie leider nur bedingt, ist aber zu erwarten bei dem Preis. Natron- und Kalilauge sowie heiße Medien bis ca. 200°C tun dem Schild keinen Schaden an. Lässt sich auch gut mit Atemschutz tragen, da der Schild wie bereits erwähnt sehr gut verstellbar ist.Absolute Kaufempfehlung.

Die richtigen Einstellungen vorausgesetzt (Anleitung liegt bei) sehr bequemer Sitz und guter Halt auch beim Aufklappen. Aufgrund des langen Formates sehr guter Schutz bis unterhalb des Kinns, speziell bei Arbeiten mit dem Winkelschleifer (Flex), am Schleifbock oder beim Sandstrahlen. Glasklare Sicht, wenn man nicht vergißt, vorher die Schutzfolie vorn und hinten abzuziehen ;-)Alles in allem ein qualitativ sehr gutes Teil, gehört in jede Werkstatt und eine gute - wegen des breiten Blickfeldes eigentlich die bessere - Alternative zur klassischen Schutzbrille, speziell für Brillenträger.

Dieser Gesichtsschutz ist optimal für Schleifarbeiten jeglicher Art. Staubschutzmaske passt darunter und durch Anti-Beschlag kein beschlagen. Sehr gutes Sichtfeld und sehr gut zu tragen auch über längeren Zeitraum, da Gewicht sehr gering und in der Neigung zum Brustkorb hin verstellbarer Anschlagpunkt. Ach ja, preiswert ist er auch noch obendrein, auch für die, die manchmal für ihre Sicherheit auf der Arbeit selbst sorgen müssen :-( !! Desshalb 5 Sterne und noch mehr wenn es welche geben würde. ps: schönes design hat er auch. -Sicherheit geht vor-

Es una máscara de protección robusta. Hay que armarla, pero es muy fácil. Viene en una caja con las instrucciones y además el proveedor es fácilmente contactable. Evita heridas por astillas, virutas de metal, etc. Ah, eso sí, antes de intentar utilizarla acordaos de quitarle la película azul de protección a la plancha de PVC transparente...

Ich habe diesen Gesichts Schutz schon mehrfach bestellt da er meiner Meinung nach einer der besten ist.Er deckt das gesamte Gesicht ab und man kann ihn perfekt auf die Kopfgröße einstellen so dass er super sitzt. Zudem ist er leicht zu Reinigen man kann die Scheibe ganz einfach herausnehmen.Ich benutze ihn Hauptsächlich beim Mähen (Motorsense) und kann auch behaupten das er absolut viel aushält (Fliegende Steine etc.)Ich finde den Preis absolut OK da dieses Produkt einfach rundum gelungen ist! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
