Taking 2 of these every night has ended my leg cramps.

Shipping was delayed for some reason but once it arrived it has been fantastic. Became really sick on a job site in extreme humidity and heat. Discovered the hard way at 56 supplement drinks are not enough and often do not have any real electrolytes in them! Researched out the top three complete electrolyte products on the market. Chose hi lyte as it had higher quantities which made replenishing at daily recommended quantities easy. The tablets are easy to swallow and have caused me no stomach issues. After a week have had no night cramps, no job site dizziness (I use the droplets while hydrating every other bottle of water). Most importantly my feet have had numbness and tingling for month and this symptom is going away. Thought I was developing diabetes, however, after bringing my electrolytes back in line the numbness and tingling have nearly vanished. I have had rapid results and am back to 10K training with no dehydration symptoms. This while working in an above normal summer for humidity heat index. Thank you very much for providing such a great product. I use two pills a day, as I said above, supplement with drops in water as needed due to physical work or excercise. Can’t wait to see how my feet feel after 30 and 60 days.

These seem to be working well. I got these for my husband to try out. He works I a warehouse and for some reason refuses to drink water throughout the day so by the time he gets home he ends up getting these really massive, painful cramps in his legs once he is down and tried to get up again. Since taking these those cramps have stopped which is absolutely amazing! The only complaint I have heard from him about these is he has started having some rather stinky burps. I had the privilege to smell one of them and I have to say it was certainly something. I can't place what it really smelt like but it was strong and not the most pleasant lol. Also, if you have a hard time swallowing pills these ones may be a bit difficult seeing how they are a pretty big size. All in all he is happy with these and I will continue buying them once every 3 months or so for him. Since this virus has started he has been completely slammed at work and needs as much help as possible. These are definitely helping ease the pain.

I take them when I play golf, one before and one after 9 holes. I don't like the taste of the bottle drinks that contain electrolytes. The unflavored pills with water are great.
