perfect solution to my lever door handle
I have a need to use a temporary lock box for my apt. lever handle door. I had not even thought about the problem with it until I received it and realized that it would easily slip over the handle. Of course, I checked with Amazon and there was my solution. Did not even know such a thing existed. Perfect, easy to use and absolutely will keep the lock box on the door handle. Update: Found it necessary to use a zip tie in front of the lock because there was just enough space to allow everything to slip over the handle and be removed. By using a thin zip tie the box stayed firmly in place.

Too small
Too small, but can tell it would work for it's purpose

Doesn't work with all mechanical other lock boxes
This product has no instructions other than the ones here, and when you put your lock on it, mine being a BosVision, it won't lock OR come back off, so both products are useless. They need a list of compatible locks. Here's what the description says: "Works for ShurLok Lock Boxes and all mechanical other lock boxes and attaches to most lever style door handles with its simple yet intuitive design". Well, it doesn't. So, I think I have to break it off to use the lock for another doorknob. The product will work if you have the right lock, I think, but they have an error in the description. Shurlok has 2 good lockbox solutions
I have a lever front door handle, which became a challenge to secure a lockbox. Shurlock had 2 solutions. I like the metal sturdiness of the "top of the door" hanger. It slips easily at the top of the door. The metal is thick & not bendable, but I had to place it too high for anyone to easily see the combination numbers, especially if EMTs arrived late at night & needed quick access. My 3-strike plate fiberglas door did not make it possible to drill the metal holder sideways-to bring the lockbox lower. I needed another solution. Shurlok makes a contraption to fit securely around a lever door handle. I was surprised by its small size & not initially pleased. It fits in the middle of my palm & is plastic. I wish it were metal but I tried it. It fit my door handle snugly & my lockbox metal hanger fastens tightly around the Shurlok holder. Now I have a lockbox positioned on my door handle where EMTs, Fire or police can easily access my keys, if I'm unable to come to the door. The Shurlok solution is growing on me. If you have a lever door with a smaller neck for the device to fit securely (& not be slipped over a rounded lever), this could be a solution for you too. Because the holder is small, it can't easily be broken. The metal lockbox hook reinforces the plastic to make it fit tightly. I would recommend either of these Shurlok solutions, depending on how you want your lockbox to be accessible.

Work as expected. The part seems a little weak at the hinge area.. I thought it would be heavier duty in its construction.

Useful to Protect from Being Cut
I got this for the replacement lockbox because my original one had been cut by thieves, probably with bolt cutters. By adding this Shurlok to the hasp, I have hopefully made it very difficult for thieves to fit their cutter in any gaps and get leverage for cutting. It was difficult to install and needed a bit of forcing the Shurlok into place, but I think it just makes the fit tighter and a deterrent for future thieves.

Check your door handle carefully! (Still works, though)
I didn't realize until I tried to put this on my door that the door handle isn't perfectly round, but has an extra bump on the inside of the handle that prevents the ShurLok from fitting where it's technically supposed to fit. That said, I can still use this because there isn't enough clearance between the tip of the handle and the door for the ShurLok to slip out.

Good solution for lockbox on lever handles
This is exactly what I needed in order to use my Master Lock lock box on my lever door handle. My only issue is that I had a bit of trouble getting it on because I think the lock box opened in the opposite direction that worked most easily for the handle configuration, but I was able to use a bit of force to make it work. And once it was on, it worked perfectly. Great solution.
