Thankfully, these lights come in two sections. You can use one, or both together, but not each separately (only one half has a standard plug). There is a decent amount of options (modes), but we felt most of them were too fast and distracting. Thankfully we were able to find a mode that wasn't boring, but not accident-causing since we are on a dark but busy country road.The wiring on this set is all white, so if you need green or black, check options or look elsewhere. A majority of these for us were on a white fence or white trimmed front porch, so wasn't really a concern.The lights are bright, but not blinding like some LED christmas lights can be. This was a nice plus.Overall, I enjoyed using this set, and it fit perfectly along our fences and front porch. I seriously only had to figure out what to do with about 6 inches of leftover line, which was easy.I think the only thing about these are the sheer length you need to carry as you are putting them up or taking down. It gets difficult to hold everything if you're by yourself. If someone can help you, it's easier to handle.If you're someone that leaves things like this out all year to save some labor, maybe you can attest to the durability through the seasons/sunlight/heat. I took them down after the holiday, so I can't account for that yet.

Great lights,you can change the patterns on the lights to drive your neighbors crazy. Now that's what I call a BONUS. I bought 2 to go around my house for Memorial Day and The 4'th Of July. What a good deal

Beautiful I should of order two

The light look really nice. On the smaller cheaper end. And if you’re looking to do a big project you cannot connect one 470 ft string to another one. Made the big oak tree I was wrapping extremely difficult to wrap having to run an extension half way up the back of it to start the second set of lights. So for that have to remove a star. Wouldn’t use commercially but for a small homeowner project they will suit. In the picture I only have the first roll of 470 feet lights up FYI.

Worked great for my needs

I was concerned that they were going to be way too bright. But then I was pleasantly surprised. Easy on the eyes. I ordered the green and I am very happy with them.This set was just right for my 6ft tree.You can look at all the pictures in the reviews. Or in the description. But once you see them in person they look so much better. Now I really want to see all the other colors. I think next year if these are still available I'm decorating my whole front yard with them.The plug has a button for some nice subtle blinking/flashing options which is nice. You can piggyback multiple sets together. I've only used them this one season but I really think they're going to last a while.I don't think you can go wrong with these lights. I recommend them.
