Amazed by this brilliant book
I got this book for my 2 year old son who is literally a bookworm. He as well as me are enjoying the book like anything. This is sheer brilliance in form of knowledge about the countries and their pictorial representation. 30+ countries have been represented by little very funny stories involving cats, dogs, pigs etc. Not just that, the Author has done wonderful job in representing key culture of a country, it's popular buildings, the way of life of locals in just two pages per country. More than kids it is a book to treasure for the entire family.

Wonderful Book
One of my favourite books as a kid, it was great to pass it on to the next generation. Lovely illustrations with a lot of detail make it great fun to read and re-read over the years...

3 Générations biberonnées avec Busy busy world!
ma mère le lisait à mes enfants, imitait "detective couscous" qui vérifiait qu'il ne restait rien sur les assiettes après le déjeuner, maintenant c'est moi qui le lis à mes petits-enfants, qui adorent autant. Et ma stupéfaction de découvrir que Detective couscous est devenu un personnage de films nombreux! Le livre est probablement bien plus subtil que les films! Si vous en trouvez encore, n'hésitez pas 3 secondes!

Timeless classic
All time classic. Some stories are old fashioned but it's Richard Scarry's timeless book. 2 & 3 years old love it, big fan of Richard Scarry. Great drawings, learning about the world/ countries while reading silly stories.
