The spout works well even after a year now. Only thing is pressure is little bit down but not much of a concern.... Overall good product go for it.... We have a very usage....

Eventhough it's painting doesn't last and is made of cheaper variety of plastic, it didn't break down after prolonged use. It's quite useful and a good product for the price.

Couldn't find a website or Customer Care Contact
The flexible pipe on this tap cracked near the base recently, despite purchasing it in January 2024. This caused significant leaking, making it unusable. The tap itself functioned well before the crack appeared, but the faulty pipe was a major disappointment, especially considering how new it is. I was also unable to find contact information for the manufacturer.

Good in one mode and ok in other mode
There are two modes for water flow in this faucet, shower, and foam. Shower water release is excelled and useful. However, the other form is not that great. The force is very low in foam water release mode.Other than this particular issue, the tap is good-looking, looks durable (I have been using it only for a month now), easy to install, and convenient to use.

Good concept but.l starts leaking in 3 months
This is a very good utility tap for kitchen sink but the problem is with the built. I yave purchased this product twice and both the time it started leaking and now I have to move to something else. Unfortunately I really liked this tap but the built is not up to the mark
