I started taking these a few months ago. They work wonders for me. 2 in the morning 2 in the evening. I dont feel them hitting my system but all the stress, anxiety, or shakiness just disappears. I showed them to my doctor who approves. More people should try them when they want safe relief.

So far. so good! The response was just what I expected, and it has continued. I do wonder if there will be continued benefits. I expect it.

I used to sell BHI/HEEL products until they discontinued producing HEEL remedies in the U.S. completely and have only a limited line of BHI products. I thought thought they had discontinued BHI too so I've been ordering HEEL from a company in England which, with the shipping, gets really expensive. I was pleased to find MediNatura producing some of the BHI line and even happier to find out that there are even a few BHI products out there. I bought the Wellmind not knowing that I could get the BHI Calming. The Wellmind has similar ingredients but not all. It kinda works but the BHI Calming is better.

I had been using 76mg of AdvilPM, melotonin (sublingual) and Tryptophan to get to sleep. I would often wake at 3am to pee and then have a hard time getting back to sleep, so I took more melatonin. I talked to 2 of my doctors about this, my internist and my endocrinologist (thyroid issues) and they both said that this combo of Benadryl-melatonin-tryptophan was a much safer alternative to Ambien. I was getting sleep, but often not more than 5 hours and not very restful. This had been going on for about 2-3 years. In late August, I started seeing a Naturopathic Doctor for hormonal issues (I'm 48) and she recommended Neurexan (and by the way taking Melatonin at 3am screws up your biorhythms). I started taking Neurexan and now get wonderful restful sleep! Sometimes I still wake up at 3am to pee, but can almost always get right back to sleep! If not, I can take another sublingual Neurexan and fall asleep quickly and still get up rested at 6:30. Highly recommend all natural alternative to Ambien and myAdvilPM, melotonin tryptophan combo! Most likely much better for your body & mind as well!
