Visible results only after long term use.
I have been using this shampoo since 5 years now. I had very thin hair and a problem of hairfall. I was at an emergency situation to loose all my hair at a very young age. I got a suggestion from my hairdresser at a salon to try use it.After 5 years, my hairfall is under control, and hair volume looks much better. I thought I will have empty patches on my scalp soon, but this shampoo helped control it.Truly speaking, I did not think it will work until 6-8 months of usage, but I had no other economical advice than using this product.

I got original one
Most people mention that this is not genuine, but I checked both quality and quantity from the one bought via Loreal store. Only thing, you get it cheaper at Amazon, as shops dont give any discounts.I have been using this over 4 years now, without even changing once, and its good. It wont give so much volume as you might think, but it does have a little advantage over its cheaper competitors. Costly, yes, but its less chemicals as compared with other professional series.I would recommend, provided you give some time to this, and do not use additional products along (conditioner/serum etc).PS : Its same dilution level as bought from store, and it doesnt have a strong smell also.

Caused Hairfall
Not sure how can be a L'Oreal product be that bad. It caused me such heavy hairfall that I used to carry hair strands everywhere. And when I spoke to few people, I got similar feedback. We trust L'Oreal by its name and pay hefty price for a great service, but all in vain.This review is only for Serie Expert, my experience with L'Oreal's Xtenso range is absolutely amazing.

Could be A fake shampoo.
I had brought the same shampoo from a loreal salon. Because of lockdown I thought to order online also because the previous shampoo was almost over. I don’t know much about shampoos, but comparing the two, this shampoo is not as thick as the old one. Also the scent is similar but there is slightly different scent from the new one. This could be a fake one. Buy it only if you have used same product before don’t buy if you are a first time user.

Shampoo quality diminished at second order at amazon
I liked this product when used it for the first time. However on second order, it seems product is not the same. I could not wash my hair oil with the shampoo on twice application at one time head bath. It seems intermediate people have played the product during dispatch. I don't expect that from Amazon having played with branded product quality.
