Men's Marled Turtleneck Sweater

Fit is accurate to the sizing scale provided, so it is neither too snug nor too loose. Fabric thickness is not excessively bulky, allowing me to wear it under my  NuBorn Leather Men's Clint 3-Button Leather Carcoat w/ Thinsulate  and still breathe easy. Style is classic, elegant, and versatile enough to be worn for any occasion from casual to dressy. Design is smart with no uncomfortably pinched armpits, freakishly flared cuffs, or unsightly flowing bellbottom hem. Quality of manufacturing is superb: those Chinese kids do a great job with their nimble little fingers! The truly 100% cotton composition of this garment is comfortable directly on my skin, with no itching like wool, acrylic, etc. The fabric is tightly knit so there are no embarrassing small holes that show through to my skin. Therefore, I do not need to wear a secondary shirt underneath as I would with a loosely knit garment such as a typical wool sweater. Turtleneck collar stays firmly upright throughout the day without any weird curling, crumpling, or folding. Inner diameter of the collar is generous which helps to avoid strangulation and asphyxiation. Overall this garment is handsome, comfortable, fashionable, and grossly underpriced for the high caliber of value it offers. I already bought this item in all the color variations I want, so I am now safe. I suggest that you should buy yours soon, before the manufacturer (Alex Stevens is just a front name for some textile factory in China) realizes that the market will actually bear far more than what they are currently charging.

Well, it's a very nice looking and well made sweater, but it is waaayyy too big.I'm 5'10", 200lbs, I normally wear a large. This Large fits me like an X-Large-Tall. The sleeves are 6 inches too long!!Due to the very low cost, I'm going to wash this in very, very hot water and put in the dryer for an extra long time and see how far it shrinks. I'll report back on my findings.

Excellent turtleneck shirt...better than I expected. It fits perfect, it looks fantastic, especially under my nice wool overcoat, the feel is soft and the color is perfect. I could not be happier with this purchase

As a slim guy I looked at the picture and thought this would be the perfect sweater. I tried to order a small but the lowest size available was a medium, and it was a pretty good deal so I got it. The delivery was very quick, to which I am appreciative of (and why I added an extra star), but the shirt was all wrong. I tried it on and it was HUGE. I thought that it might shrink in the wash, and then realized that it's that type of sweater that becomes shorter and "bell-like" rather than slimmer/tighter after shrinking. This would probably be worse if I got the small. Moreover, the picture is very misleading - was is the size *he's* wearing? Did they binder-clip the shirt in back to make it appear as though it fits slimmer than it does? Do I sense Photoshop? Either way, I'm returning this thing. It's a shame it's a beautiful sweater that fits horribly on me. Maybe it'd work for a much bigger dude.... I'm just more irritated at the misleading image than anything else.

This Turtleneck Sweater fit well, color was nice, the fabric felt pleasant, and was nice & warm without feeling over-heated at room temperature. The ONLY issue I had with it was there was a small pencil lead sized snag on the back under the interior back tag.This is not THAT big a deal to me as I will just sew this up, myself, but it WAS there so I had to knock-off a star for that.

I normally wear a medium, but I read the other reviews and decided to go with a small. I'm 6'0" and 155 lbs and this thing was absolutely huge on me, even with a small. The shirt is too long and the sleeves are also too long. The proportions are off. The actual turtleneck part was fine though. As someone who normally wears medium sized clothing, I feel like I would have to go with an XXS to properly fit in this sweater. The color was also a lot darker than it appears in the picture. The actual quality of the sweater is pretty good for the price albeit very heavy. I don't think this sweater would fit very well on people with a normal build.Please note that my rating has nothing to do with the fact that the size is too large. It takes into consideration the proportions of the sweater and the quality itself.

I really love this sweater. I got it as a gift for a friend and he was kind of mixed on what he thought of it because it was a sweater...but it is beautiful and I talked him into keeping it just because it looks so darn good. The normal price is too high for the product in my opinion, but the lightening deal sale was pretty good and the product seems to be well made. I'm sure if it's not on sale, you can find an equivalent item elsewhere, but it wasn't a bad deal with the sale.Very warm, colors are very nice for my liking...grey/black mixed so it looks almost marbled. The material seems to be fairly high quality. I would give this a 9/10. It would be a 10/10 if the price was not so high.

The fit/size was just fine and the material is of good quality. I was disappointed that the color was different than the what the picture depicted. I was looking for a ivory colored sweater and it was more a medium brown in color.
