When my Panasonic nose hair remover stopped working after many years of service, I thought of exploring with this Braun product. There's very little difference between the two products except the price and the design (which hardly matters). Both do their work well. If you want to pay more, go for Braun. Otherwise, the Panasonic is equally efficient. By the way, both are not good for ear hair due to their designs. For ear hair, I use Philips.

Value for money product!

I have been ordering from Amazon for sometime now and there was no problem till now. The goods were delivered on time and were replaced or refunded without much hassle. I had ordered this trimmer and it was scheduled to be delivered today but nobody turned up and suddenly now I realize that it's being shown as delivered. The amount of time and energy spent on complaining under the circumstances is not an easy job and all the convienence online shopping provides starts looking like a nightmare and you end up wasting more time then you would have if purchased from the market. Also this is not a very expensive item so tension is not that great but an expensive item can really make things very tense. Even I am thinking to buy only low priced stuff online in the future. For anything even slightly expensive will be too risky and not advisable. Amazon should work to introduce some checks and balances where the delivery agent and the customer cannot blame each other in such situations.
