Too good, did the job as claimed
These things are amazing! I had midfoot pain from years of wearing terrible unsupportive yet fashionable shoes. Recently I went to the doctor because I was finding myself in so much pain I was limping. My doctor told me I needed to throw out any shoes that don't have good arch support. These things are perfect! They allowed me to wear my fashionable shoes and gave me the arch support I needed so desperately. I also wear them barefoot around the house to help with support and they are actually pretty comfy. I'm planning on ordering another couple pairs so that I can wear them every day without needing to constantly be washing them. P.S. to person who claimed the gel is so hard that instead of supporting it sent a sharp pain in the arch of their foot - Request you to see a doctor if thats happening because thats not supposed to happen, I almost didn't buy this amazing product because your review.

Relief to mid-foot but adds pain & pressure to ankle & knee
Since it is not customized, gel doesn't exactly fit well. It did release mid-foot pain but added to ankle & knee pain as the pressure to ankle is high after wearing this. I recommend to visit doctor and get a customized fit.

Poor quality glue is used
The silicon piece is not stuck properly to the elastic band or the quality of adhesive used is very poor.
