Exactly what they appear to be
The photos in this listing are spot on -- what you see is what you'll get. These were bought for a "mad scientist" type Halloween costume. The glasses are sturdy and I had no worries of them breaking half way through the night. They fit well, and I had problems with them slipping or sliding.Importantly for those of us who wear glasses, the lenses are quite large, like goggles, and my glasses easily fit inside, so I could wear them both at the same time, no problem. The pinwheel design on the lenses does interfere with vision, but not so badly that you can't see where you're going, etc. I wouldn't drive them, mind you, but I was able to walk around without crashing into things. They are tinted, so you might have problems in low-light conditions.

Seem sturdy, fit a wide range of heads from kids to adults. Got tons of compliments!! My kids love them!
