Easy to do the job as needed. Just wish there was any easier way of cutting the tips. It does not stink. I didn't go back and look or feel for how long it took to dry. But I'm sure it dried pretty fast. Easy to spread and does not crack. its not runny or to thick. Used in many different rooms of my house. Used around doors, windows. Cabinets and drywall. It cracks after a few weeks
