We take this supplement everyday. I trust Dr Berg products, clean and effective, Vit D is underrated! Get in the sun 10min twice a day or take this, and everyone needs this especially when winter is near.

My chiropractor recommended this brand because I have vitamin deficiency. This worked! I got retested in a month and my levels are up to normal. I can tell the difference. For me, the liquid for works. I take it as directed and have not found any issues. It has a little taste to it (kinda oily-creamy but not unpleasant), but it washed down with water. I find it worth my money for the results. In general, I trust and buy this brand. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: i contacted Dr. Berg customer service and they confirmed that this is a new formula! and they even offered me a refund if i wasn't happy with it, so nothing to worry about! --Like other recent reviews have mentioned... it's cloudy and has white particles. I'm afraid to take it cuz it might be spoiled. it's not expired but it smells strong and tastes weird.i've been taking this for probably a year and never had this happen. it used to be completely clear and barely have any taste at all. Has the formula changed??

Amazing product, pleasant taste, superior quality. I’m using to help me remineralize after an intestinal infection had been leeching my nutrients. If you don’t know this will direct calcium from the blood vessels and tissues to the bones and teeth where it belongs!

****Update as of 03-11-2025**** I purchased this mostly for my children, to help them get their vitamin D. They apparently don't seem to mind the flavor change and have been eager for their 'treat' every evening. Dr Berg customer service also reached out to confirm that their 'formula' hasn't changed but that they changed suppliers to get higher quality ingredients. I still think it's a good product. I am on the fence about continuing to order, and I hope they can improve the flavor still.Some other differences I noticed:Old bottle shows Potassium on the label, new bottle doesn't.Old bottle shows 50.3 mcg of K2 per serving, new bottle shows 50.0 mcg of K2 per serving.Old bottle shows natural vanilla mint flavor as the third ingredient, new bottle doesn't have it.Old bottle vs new bottle ingredient list has some other minor differences, see picture.Old bottle shows recommended dosing for different age groups, new bottle is entirely missing that portion. Maybe there is a reason for that, but I do use this for my young children, and that helps.There does seem to be 0.5 ml more in the new bottle, for what that's worth, hahaha.Most of these I do not care that much about, changing the product is not bad per se. But please improve the flavor Dr Berg!End of update****I have purchased this product twice in the past 6 months, most recently in Feb 2025 and the time before that in October 2024. The first purchase I would have given four stars: it tasted really really good, had a smooth mct oil texture (it's not a pleasant experience for everyone, but you can adjust to the oily texture if you let yourself), but it would have particulates that would settle and the bottle would need to be vigorously shaken to properly mix for use.This newer bottle has clearly illustrated their formula change. I can't speak to the quality, but the taste is quite unpleasant. The color and texture is similar, though the new batch is a little more cloudy. I do not care about how cloudy it looks, but felt I should mention it. The taste between the old batch and the new batch is enough for me to not want to purchase this again. The old formula had a flavor of soft vanilla mint, a very subtle flavor that was actually more scent than taste. The new formula has a smell and taste that is hard to describe but is a heavy turn off.Dr Berg, please adjust the taste! Then advertise the new improved taste. I think many customers like the vitamin formulation and respect your desire for high quality, but the product only works if people take it, and we do not want to take this!

The liquid form makes it easy to take, and I’ve noticed improvements in my energy levels and overall well-being. It’s a convenient and effective supplement that I plan to continue using.

I love all of Dr. Berg’s products. They aren’t made with junk fillers or synthetic products. He uses the best ingredients! These vitamins have a 98% absorption rate, which makes them so much better to use!

I was very dissapointed to take this and taste a terrible sweet taste. I never thought there would be stevia in this. Unfortunately I am allergic to stevia. So had to take allergy meds immediately upon realizing this. I don’t know why everyone thinks things need to taste sweet. I have taken one with no flavor and it just was pretty much tasteless. I am switching back immediately.
