Updated: Ehhhhh...
1/31/18 Update- After posting my review about the faulty charger, the company reached out and gave me many options to fix the problem. Their customer service is amazing, and they do it in a timely manner. Although the charger didn't work, I can see this is no bogus seller and they really care about their customer. I bought this in hopes of using it for my portable charger. It was working fine for a few weeks, but then it just stopped working. I didn't bend it, or do anything to it. It just stopped charging. Unfortunately, I need to buy another cable replace this one.

Worked fine, but then broke after 3-4mo
The multipack is useful, and these are some long lengths to be able to stretch across tables or from behind furniture. But one by one the cables stopped charging. Worse, they'd buzz and show charging as they're plugged in, but then stop a few moments later. Which means I plug in a phone and leave it for a few hours, only to come back to an even more depleted charge. One of the cables also lost the tip of the lightning plug inside my AirPods case. Needed a trip to the Apple Store in order to get it fixed, which fortunately they didn't charge for.

Durable, Perfect for Camping and/or Travel!
Hopefully this is obvious, but the battery pictured in the photo is NOT included in this product, only the cord and booklet is. Summary: Great for storing in tight spaces (camping/travelling etc.). Feels great and seems like it will last a very long time. Cord construction is flexible, but somewhat stiff so that it stays in the configuration that you want it in. A great buy if you have a portable backup battery or want to plug your phone into your computer port. Detail: When i first saw this product pop up, I wondered why I would need a charging cord that is so short. It is a good thing I decided to think about it. My wife and I have a portable battery to charge our phones when we are out or camping. The problem we always had was that the cords were so dang long that they didnt fit in the supplied case that the battery had. Therefore, we had to carry the cord separate, sometimes losing it in your luggage somewhere or forgetting to bring the cord, therefore making the battery useless. This short cord is perfect for storing in that case! On top of that, the cord is braided and has a nice stiffness and flexibility to it makes it great for when you go camping. It allows it to get banged around a bit. Although I have not had the cord for very long, I doubt that it will have fraying issues like other cords sometimes have *cough apple *cough. It is also officially rated as a lightning charger for apple products, which is a big plus. Overall I am happy with this product.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra works perfect so other large phones up to 7inch should be fine.
Highly recommend if you don't want to drop the cash for the expensive VR headsets out there and you have a newer high-end phone with a good screen. The field of view 110 deg is great. Good price, comfort is good even with glasses, image quality is good better than the old Samsung Gear VR, feels like it has good durability for the price, feels lightweight but not cheap, easy to setup and slip phone into. My Galaxy S25 Ultra works perfectly with it, even though it is on the big size. I just needed to slip out the inner bracket that is just floating anyway, so just get it and remove it. The S25 screen is so high end the screen door effect is very small and easy to ignore unlike the older phones. Only issue is most everyone seems to have dropped support for VR platforms like Google Cardboard, Gear VR, and many of the popular apps are just not updated and don't work. Also the control just doesn't seem to map to any of the apps or websites. The only button that worked was the B button for back. Maybe there is a fix or a better controller out there. I was able to use my Dell Bluetooth mouse to just click around but it's also limited, as there's just no universal standard for controls and VR it seems. Fortunately, YouTube and the hub and other websites have VR built in that works perfectly with Chrome and you can run your own videos and images on some of the players on the Google Play Store and it will make them viewable even if they are not 3D. There is content out there, but you need to dig for working platforms and viewers. Skydive player seems to be the best, but it has limitations. There are others. Still trying them all.

Droopy Sad Pain
The strap is really bad. It’s constantly sliding down on the top of the head portion and doesn’t get secure enough to hold the weight of the front up. You’re left holding the headset up so it doesn’t droop. This also creates unnecessary pressure on the nose bridge. A better strap would make this at least 4 stars if not 5. The lenses are serviceable and the sliders for focus have a decent range on them.

Taking away two stars. Two out of four failed after 13-14 months
Revised Review after 13 months of use. This lighting cable is protected by a cloth like covering and it’s seems to have prolonged the life it. That’s what i was looking for. You get 4 cables of varying length and they worked well for 12 months. Then two failed. Both were used indoors were routinely used for continuous charging or recharging. They aren’t heavily used, as they are my home over nite chargers for my iPhone and iPad. 13 months later one of them came apart on the end that’s inserted in device. I noticed I could not insert the business end into my iPad. Tried other cords and had the same problem. After several hours of trying to clean debris out of charging port and using compressed air as per Apple support, I was about to give up. I noticed that the metallic contact that goes around the lightning tip was missing on one cord. It had come off and was lodged in the port. I dug it out with a safety pin and now I can charge again. But that long cord is useless. The second cord failed at 14 months. There was nothing broken that I could see. The shortest cable lives in my vehicle and is used to keep my iPhone charged while driving. It’s 3 foot and this one, being exposed to harsher conditions would have been the one expected to malfunction first. Still working fine I still plan to use the other two but I’m going to inspect them regularly.

It seems well made.
What's there to say - it's a lightning cable and seems to be okay. I can't say how long it will last since I just got it, but it seems to be well made. I like the idea of a short cable so that I don't have the longer cable cluttering up my desk. My only quibble is that the cable is slightly shorter than I would like - that's why it doesn't get 5 stars. It would also be nice if there was a small cover of some sort for the lightning tip since I intend to leave the cable plugged in which leaves the lightning tip exposed to any kind of spill or splatter. I guess I just found another use for duct tape.
