I'm an idiot
I thought I needed these for my halo cans in order to use eyeballs but it turns out you can unclip the socket inside of the recessed light housing.

Works Great!
This worked great and kept me from having to re-wire the socket and add a pendant light. The wires seemed a little cheap or stiff so it was tricky to get it to hang exactly straight but for the price they worked great!

Broken
Order 4 one was broken ceramic another had been opened before.Did the job but the broken one was disappointing

A lifesaver
When I was converting my can light trim awhile back, it seems one of the leads was crimped several inches too short to snap the socket into the new piece- this item probably saved me the need to replace the can itself, which is a nearly unthinkable task.
