BETTER THAN SAMSUNG AND GE
mine was damaged from shipping but seriously good product. the back fan was hit from a dent and still worked after being hit pretty hard. some what easy to install. buy this worth every penny!!

Nice features but shoddy construction
Nice features but shoddy construction. The door handle pulled off. One screw at the top and one at the bottom, screwed into plastic, held by a small bit of the screw.

Installation is not for amateurs
It’s probably a little unfair for me to post a review of this microwave on the day that I received it, but I feel the need to warn everyone that installing this behemoth is not for the faint of heart. My husband I watched a couple of YouTube videos and figured it we had it covered, but 7 hours later (and counting!) I’m exhausted, defeated, and questioning my life choices. Mind you, I’ve undertaken a variety of diy projects in the past with ease so I’m left wondering what the hell went wrong. We both read the installation instructions and followed each of the steps just as they’re written, yet somehow the holes we drilled in the cabinetry using the template that came in the box don’t line up with the holes in the top of the microwave. At this point I think we’ve drilled about ten pairs of holes and they’re all just a tiny bit off! There’s got to be a better way!
