Great value
Great price and working as well as OEM after installation. Install in Alienware 17 R4 is a little time consuming and must pay attention to details, but that is on Alienware not the battery. Definitely will buy again for my 15" AW laptop.

UPDATED: Better 2nd replacement- Cheap Quality
Cheap plastic made. Barely holds charge. Good if you keep laptop plugged in all time. Last hour off charge doing minimal task with screen brightness at 60.%. NOT RECOMMENDED!UPDATE: after merchant replaced first bad battery, the second battery last as expected and a great alternative to buying OEM as this one last the same as OEM high price ones.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to work with this merchant as they will work to resolve any issues on their part.

Not a good battery life
The battery got discharged after 30 mins and that was way out of my expectation.

Great customer service!
After the first battery crapped out 31 days after I installed it the SUNNEAR company contacted me and sent me a replacement. Currently the battery is working as it should and the customer service is one of the best that I have worked with on Amazon. I would order from SUNNEAR again plus, like I said the custom is one of the best on Amazon which is hard to find these days.

Easy solution
Straightforward installation and great price. Laptop batteries degrade over time and switching them out for a new one certainly makes laptop usable life extend by a couple years.
