Motorcycle Helmet HJC C10 replacement visor retainer and hinge pivot
Motorcycle Helmet HJC C10 replacement visor retainer and hinge pivot replacements because one of the original hinge pivots broke. I bought this pair to replace the broken one. Although these are a very close clone to the original, they don't function nearly as well as the original parts. They will hold the visor in place and they do pivot well, BUT it's almost impossible to remove the visor once it is installed. The OEM parts have a "tab" that springs up and locks when you need to remove the visor from the helmet. The tab is designed to "pop" up to hold and release the visor. The geometry on the replacements is incorrect, so the tab doesn't pop up to release the visor. Using a screwdriver as a lever (and lots of force), you can get the visor off. I'm keeping these because I plan to buy a better helmet soon. Stay away from these replacements if you plan to remove your visor
