Amazon doesn't "make" a seller eligible to accept EBT they have to go through the process of being a registered EBT provider directly only then can Amazon allow the EBT payments to be available for that seller.

I did not gain weight with these. I used as a meal replacement and as a person on the go so much, these were perfect to grab and drink on my way to work.

Q: Why are some flavors EBT-eligible and others aren't?

From my understanding it is based on if the seller has registered to accept EBT as a payment. If they have not then you can't use EBT for purchases made from that seller for example Amazon is an EBT seller but John Smith seller may not be. Hope this helps.

Most likely this is because the seller that has Strawberry to sell isn't a registered accepted provider for EBT payments. If that seller doesn't go through the process with the government to have the ability to accept EBT then Amazon can't process that payment on their behalf.
