Biotene Oral Balance Gel

Definitely not a magic fix but it does really help. I use it in conjunction with the Act dry mouth lozenges and between the two I get a significant amount of relief. The taste is faint and doesn’t linger for too long

Works for dry mouth as described

Excellent product for that super dry mouth! I take medication that causes extremely dry mouth particularly at night. This is excellent to use, and simply by putting it on your tongue and then moving it around your mouth, it stays fairly well moist for at least two hours. I do wish it lasted a bit longer. I use xylitol melts at night that last about eight hours, However this is good as an interim treatment.

I like this gel because it lasts longer than the spray or mouth wash. Has a pleasant flavor & solves my dry mouth issue.

This works much better than the liquid products for dry mouth. I downgraded it due to the high price. If you have a dry mouth you might use one a week. This would cost about $300 a year!

Love this product for dry mouth while I sleep. I use it every night just before I close my eyes and I don't wake up with that sand paper mouth anymore.

I hate the taste but it does work. If taste like pure sugar literally pure thick corn syrup blegh gross but I can sleep better. I have to mouth breathe at night because the medicine i take clogs up my nose really badly and due to the mouth breathing my teeth have been suffering terribly.

Excellent gel I use on nightime last thing before to sleep , it helps me to keep my mouth moist were sleeping, I notice a improvement as in the morning my mouth it is not so dry as it used to be.
