Hands down the best mechanical pencil I've ever used, and I've used many, from disposable to metal/refillable. I use pencils all the time and this has become my go-to. As the description says, the lead doesn't break easily, and the pencil itself has a solid and ergonomic feel with a nice textured grip. One of my favorite things about it is the eraser that is long and advances and retracts, and the placement of the lead advance, which is very conveniently right where you hold it but not something you'd hit accidentally. It's light weight makes it suitable for adults and kids. They also come with lead and eraser refills, and all for a great price.

Characteristics that will keep me coming back: - Lead: not too dark or too light, strong - Eraser: cleans the paper and tight enough so it doesn't turn when I am using - Body: ergonomic and soft where it needs to be, hard where it needs to be - Weight: it feels like it is weighted where we grip it. It feels light when I'm holding it, but I think that is because the weight is where I am holding it. - Design/colors: each pencil is black with just enough adult pastel color to make it classy not cheap looking. I am both a mechanical pencil junky and snob. I have tried a lot of them and am rarely impressed anymore. These are, well, impressive. 10 out of 10.
