GREAT TASTE. We bought these for a road trip to key west and love the flavors. We consistantly buy these and they arrive fast.

Just started drinking these. Grapefruit is my favorite so far. I was buying the liquid IVs before at almost doubled the cost. These are definitely my new favorite hydration drink

I use these because of my diagnosis of POTS which I got from having Covid. I love the fact that they’re not loaded with sugar as my doctor said I’m pre-diabetic. I think it’s from drinking all the Gatorade that I need in order to keep my electrolytes up there. They really help with my electrolyte issues and it tastes great. They also taste great and I love the flavors.

I was previously using another brand that has been compared to getting an IV at the docs. I like this brand better because of the cleaner and less sodium infused nature. The price is good and they just seem better overall. The lime isn't something I love, but it's tolerable. I really would like to find a variety with different options. Also you need to have something handy to open them. The packets are destruction proof. Good and bad I think.The powder dissolves well and sometimes I like to split the contents between two refills as that is a better flavor to me - more subtle and I feel that it stretches out the hydration power. It's hard to tell if its "working" for me as I am a hydrated beast haha
