Really 4.75 stars, but worth every penny if you're a light side sleeper!
Really 4.75 stars, but worth every penny if you're a light side sleeper. MUCH more comfortable than foam ear plugs and trying to lay on your side and sleep. I have used these for a month or more and they're fantastic. Sleep metrics from my wearable seem higher as a result. It took me a night or two to figure out which size was really the best fit, and they've been easy to put in my ears. The fit is comfortable, but there is an occasional night where they are momentarily uncomfortable - however this is well worth the tradeoff. They're very effective - but you can still get woken up if there's a situation - my dog barked loudly in the middle of the night and woke me up, but I'm not woken up by environmental noises like thunder/heavy rain/mechanical sounds/etc. I'm fairly certain a fire alarm would wake you up with these in your ear. I plan on traveling with these going forward - they'd likely do a great job of blocking sound on an airplane. The travel case would help them stay clean, but it doesn't "secure" them in there like other loop cases. I am curious as to what replacement foam tips would look like as I suspect they would eventually wear out - but so far so good. I'd take off .25 stars for the carrying case not holding them within the case, and for that occasional discomfort (still nothing compared to foam earplugs!)

Great to sleep in, Case falls short of expectations
Want to start off by saying this is the 4th pair of Loops I have tried. I currently own the dreams, quiet 2's and the Experience's. I tried the Engages and did not like them at all so I returned them. I have been using the Quiet 2's for sleeping and while I do love them they tend to come out of my ears easily at night which results in my having to find them in the bed. Not a huge deal but mildly annoying. I broke down and bought the dreams since I am a side sleeper and while the Quiets are pretty comfy they do bother me from time to time. After sleeping with the dreams in I find them to be MUCH better at sound reduction and comfortability. The price is steep in my opinion however I was willing to spend it due to loving my other loops. NOW, my BIGGEST complaint with the dreams is the case!! Why does it not have a loop hook on it?? People like myself who travel and go places like to have all the loops on a clip that also contains a tracker in case I misplace them. So I did find a solution to this which was buying a case with a loop off Amazon for 3$. Not a huge deal but is annoying when you already pay 50$ for a pair of ear plugs to have to spend additional money on a different case. The case is the only reason I give them 4 stars.

Good comfort, but does not block out enough sound
I have been searching for earplugs for sleeping and tried these $50 loops. Because they are made for sleeping I assumed they would block out most noise like snoring and outside noise. I realize comfort is important, but I would say noise reduction should also be important. Comfort is very good on these, they nailed it. But with the noise level it fails. Having anything over your ears will block some noise, so yes there is a “reduction” of noise but is it noticeable when trying to fall asleep? Not when you can hear everything from the clock ticking, cars driving by, and of course snoring. I thought at this price point I would be near the top of the list of high performing ear plugs, and if my expectations of noise reduction is to high, I will find an alternative to ear plugs. My learning experience has begun, starting with these loops. I’m returning these and will be trying one of their competitors brands, ( by the way they are half the price) to find out if my expectations are to high. So the term “sleeping ear plugs” is highly subjective as far as noise level is concerned. Side note: I spent a substantial amount of time trying all of the different plug sizes searching not only for the best fit but to stop the noise, and all sizes failed. I do own a pair of “Quiet 2” loops and these do the job for daytime noise reduction very well. But to advertise a “sleeping ear plug alternative? and these are the best ear plugs loops can do? Then I will shop elsewhere, and especially for better value for my dollar.

Helps Me Sleep With Noisy Neighbors
I bought these earplugs to help me sleep in my apartment with thin walls and closely connected vents. My upstairs neighbors can be a bit loud during their nightly activities, and these muffle the noise just enough for me to fall asleep peacefully. Hearing my breathing makes me feel so peaceful. I get chronic migraines, so I combine it with a mask and it's a great combo! I specifically didn’t want disposable foam earplugs because I was looking for a more sustainable option. I don’t love the idea of throwing something away after one use, so I really appreciate that these are reusable. The noise reduction is impressive; I can barely hear myself typing this review on my laptop! They’re extremely comfortable and stay in place all night. I have small ears, and the small size fits perfectly. As long as my alarm is on maximum volume and I have haptics turned on, I can still hear it in the morning. For side sleeping, they absolutely pass the test. They stick out just slightly in my ears, but not enough to cause any discomfort. I was a little nervous after reading some negative reviews, but I’m genuinely so satisfied with this purchase. If you’re looking for a comfortable, reusable option to reduce nighttime noise, these are 100% worth trying.

More comfortable than the Loop Quiet for sleep
I tried the Loop Quiet earplugs first because they're much less expensive, but they were really uncomfortable as a side sleeper. So I tried the Dreams and while they aren't perfect, they are much much better. I can easily fall asleep with them and wear them all the way until the morning if needed. I really like the silicone + foam ear tips. Just make sure that you put them in your ears with the recommended method, and try the different tip sizes, or you may struggle with getting a good seal.

So Much Money....So Little Sound Reduction (at least for me) YMMV
My daughter and her friends have been raving about these earplugs so I finally tried a pair. Compared to the simple foam earplugs I was using I was terribly diappointed. My main complaint about the foam plugs is that when inserted deep enough to really work well they require tweezers to remove. But they DO completely block all sound. These Loop earplugs also had to be inserted so deep that they could not be removed by their "loop" as I had hoped; and they did not come close to the level of sound reduction I wanted. And $49.95? Really? What was I thinking?! I must have had my earplugs pushed in too far........

Excellent for side sleepers
Very effective and comfortable enough for side sleepers. I've lived in some noisy places the last several years, with dogs and cars disrupting my sleep. I was reluctant to try earplugs, because the disposable foam types never stay in my ears, and I sleep on my side. Once you find the right set of tips, these are great, drastically reducing noise. It's not always easy to get them inserted in a way that fully seals and blocks sound, expect to fiddle with them a bit. The silicone tips ended up working best for me, the foam left my ear canals very sore. They are expensive for what is realistically about $2 of material, but once you find the right tips for you, they work great. 5 stars for quality of life improvement, loses a star because of price.

Réduit bien le bruit
Très bons écouteurs. Je les ai acheté pour réduire le bruit la nuit et je dois dire que je suis ravie du résultat. Ils sont très confortables. Je les recommande.

Tappi efficaci e senza alcun fastidio

Great !
After Reading reviews inwas a bit afraid these were gonna hurt my ears bc loop quiet sometimes did. But wow! Have been using for a few months now and they’re so great and comfy, rarely fall out and with an eye mask never fall out. Honestly can recommend. They’re not cheap but really comfy and till now seem to hold on well !

Buen producto
Cómodos para dormir si se escucha menos la música de los vecinos pero no cancela el ruido al 100 sin embargo si ayudan a disminuirlo

Great comfort and very effective sound cancelling
Yep these are great. We have cats that go crazy in the evenings. Usually I don't like the feeling of my ears being "plugged" but they're extremely comfortable and you get so many size/type choices. I bought them for my partner last year around November and finally got a pair for myself.
