Happy with this solar power bank
Happy with this solar power bank. Took it with me on a recent motorcycle camping trip. It worked well to charge my Cardo. I’ll be keeping it handy on future rides for backup power. Happy with the price, the size, weight and speed of charging.

Nice little item and works well.
Very surprised. This item works very well. It will not charge your house, but cell phone and other similar items it does a good job with.

Fast charge out the the box. Solar not functioning.
Ideal size and I was able to charge my phone from 20% to a full 100% two times from just taking it out the box. As of now, like most reviews it is not solar charging for me. Either it is a very slow charge or just not functioning. Day 2 and still nothing. However, where I am currently located has been very cloudy and barely any sun so maybe that is what is causing the unit not to charge. I'll update the review once I see more results.

Great, small charger!
Works great, charges my iPhone, flashlights, just about anything I need. Solar charger seems to work slowly, so I use the USB cord to charge it most of the time. Also, be careful with your charging cord, it is a proprietary cable, and you may not find another one.

A life saver
A life saver... Charges extremely fast. Small enough that it fits in a smaller sized purse. It does however run out of charging power fairly quickly before it needs to be recharged again. But definitely worth the money.

Good, dependable present for homeless friend
Purchased for a friend who is homeless at the moment. He said it works very well and uses the solar powering mostly.

Solar charging not great
This charges fast and kept a phone charged through live game streaming, however, the solar charging is pretty useless. I get that it needs to be a certain amount of solar to charge and the intent is for emergencies. It was 75 degreees and full sun out today and it did NOT charge at all. I guess it needs to be hotter…idk. The primary use for this is to stream live softball games so I thought I’d give it a chance. I will buy a higher end charger with longer life instead.

Perfect for what it is, small, wireless charging, and reasonable price.
There are a lot of reviews saying solar panel doesn't work, can only charge phone a couple of times ect... It's all about reading the specks and math. Solar charging: This device is small. It's length and width is smaller than my galaxy s22 and only slightly thicker. I can easily carry it in my pocket. Putting an led in line between the Solar panel and the battery to indicate current flow is a very basic circuit. If the led that indicates the Solar panel is charging is on, there is current flowing to the battery and it is charging. There are excellent explanations in the question section which do a great job of explaining the math and why it would take probably over a week to fully charge this device. One review I read said the device would not fully charge with Solar. I "capped off" my phone from about 50% battery to 85% which used about one "bar" or one of the indicator let's. I then put it outside in the South Florida sun, in direct sunlight to see if I could fully charge it with the Solar panel. It took 3 days. It finally got back to a full charge. Am I disappointed, NO, that's about what I would expect. If you wanted to fully charge your phone, then recharge using Solar, the Solar panel would have to produce the same watage over a few hours that you used to charge your phone. You can do this with one of the folding Solar panels Amazon sells. These panels are huge in comparison to the tiny panel on this unit. It's all math and physics. Hurricane Andrew back in the day, we were without power for a little over a week. Thus device would have charged my phone once or twice, then it would probably take a week to recharge. Not what this device was designed for. "I can only charge my phone a couple of times before recharging" Thus battery is small and easy to carry. If you are comparing power banks using the same technology, same type of battery, more capacity equals larger battery. Again math and physics. If the battery bank is about the same size as your phone, you are only going to get around 2 or 3 full charges with it. A power bank is basically all battery, so if the device is about the size of your phone the battery size inside is probably 2 or 3 times larger than the one in your phone. Thus expect 2 or 3 charges. Again math and physics. In an emergency situation, I would use this as a Solar flashlight. I have a larger power bank that is about the size of a lunchbox with a large folding Solar panel to charge it. Under perfect conditions I can recharge that device in about a day to day and a half. I recommend this device as long as you understand it's limitations. Remember it can fit in your pocket, It has wireless charging, and is inexpensive. BTW, the compass is just a novelty. If you are putting yourself in a situation where you need a compass for navigation, carry a real compass.

The solar charging is a joke, takes forever to charge the power pack in direct sunlight. At least 2 full days of sunshine
