PBB1 Pastry, Bread Board, Kneading Board

I have only just received this large beautiful pastry/dough board from the US. It arrived within 4 days of ordering. Excellent. I’m just starting to oil it to protect what I hope to be an item that will last me years. It is probably the best board I am likely to own. Very strong and large. I have looked for a large board for ages as I’m fed up with mess ending up on the kitchen worktop because the cutting boards are just not big enough. I won’t be using this beauty though for fresh meat or fish as the manufacturer recommends that this may not be a good idea. It’s expensive but in my view it is worth it because it will likely last for years and be passed down to others. I’ve spent far more collectively on other chopping boards that are not up to the job. This is a buy once item!
