It says what the package says. I bought it for our Pacific University’s Luau and Hoike’s concession stand inventory. We have certain sizes to serve our rice, macaroni salad, and our poke (raw fish) to correct portions. Not sure how it will last since we just bought it but it feels good on the hands and does the job. The scoop is not too tight on releasing the item into the bowl or plate. Also like it because it was inexpensive!

I just love this. It delivers 4 ounces so I use this with my diet to scoop up vegetables. Whatever I scoop out all comes out in one piece. I highly recommed this scoop! I can't wait to try it on some frozen yogurt!
