I am on a quest to rid myself of plastic as much as possible, and that extends to cherub cherry tomatoes. I was looking for a cute ceramic dish to place them in after I buy the plastic incased tomatoes from the store. The size is just right for that. Two surprises: one that the dish is more orange than red. I know there are orange, heirloom tomatoes, but your typical tomatoes should be red, in my opinion. Secondly, the little scoop arrived broken. I’m not too upset about it as it really didn’t work or need with my tomato storage vessel.
