I purchased a different sink faucet originally however when I installed it there was a missing part that held the neck to the base. The faucet was useless. I bought this one in place of the first one and I didn't think I would be as happy because I love the style of the first one so much more. Man was I wrong. This faucet was so easy to install. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel is something I didn't know I needed and I will never go back. Also, the pull down sprayer on this faucet is amazing. The weight is extremely easy to adjust to find the perfect location and the sprayer snaps back into place amazingly well. I can't go over how well this faucet works and I don't even miss the style of the first one. It is a beautiful addition to my newly renovated kitchen. As an interior designer and owner of this faucet I will continue to use it for future projects with my clients.

This faucet is beautiful, striking, impressive to look at. It works fabulously. It has a powerful spray that rinses extremely well. We have learned how to lessen the power when desired by turning it on less strongly, and also to hold dishes at the bottom of the sink when spraying so there is no splashing. There are two types of spray, easily changed. The sprayer returns to its position quickly when the faucet is turned off. The faucet is truly spot-free and looks lovely all the time. This is a great purchase. So glad we chose this Kraus faucet.

This faucet is built like a tank and you can really feel the quality. Installation took me only 15 minutes to complete once I gathered everything I needed. The sprayer really cranks out the water pressure and doesn't need to be held when changing spray patterns. The spray head snaps back into place easily and securely when released (I don't understand why others are having so many problems with theirs). The valve operation is very smooth and it feels just like other high quality products that cost much more. So far I haven't found anything that I don't like about it and it really adds a bit of class to your kitchen. I couldn't be more satisfied with this product!

It took a few days for this faucet to grow on me, but I really like it now. Installation was a breeze, and the overall feel is nice. We got the spot resistant stainless steel finish, and it's noticeably less vibrant than standard stainless, which I didn't love at first, but it really does resist water spots so it looks cleaner. The water flow is great and the toggle for stream/spray works fine, although the button feels a little flimsy and I feel like I have to hold my finger on the spray mode to keep it from switching back by accident, so it kind of defeats the purpose of having a toggle as opposed to the old button that you had to keep pressed down. I'm shocked at how well the weight on the hose works without a magnet. Our previous faucet had a magnet, so I was worried this wouldn't work as well, but it absolutely does. My only real complaint is that the hose is a little short. It's not a problem most of the time, but when I go to spray the sink down, I often pull it as far as it can go, a problem I never had with our previous faucet. Overall, it's a beautiful, modern faucet that's made well and reasonably priced.

UPDATE 2020: It still looks awesome and works great! I love it!!! This faucet works great and I am so happy I took a chance and ordered from amazon instead of waiting weeks for a special order from Lowe's or Home Depot. It literally took TWO DAYS to be delivered, which is amazing because we don't live in the continental US. PROS: -Looks beautiful, I love the sleek design and spotless finish. -The spray button feature does not have to be held in place, it's a little button on the side that you can press and forget. -The pull out spray head works great. It clicks right back into place after use. Been using it for about a month now with no problems. *As for other reviews that mention the head swiveling too much, we don't have that problem at all. Ours was installed by a professional, and he didn't mention anything either. It is not too bulky, and it looks great. Exactly what I wanted. Very pleased with this purchase and would buy again from this brand. Will definitely update review if there are any problems with the faucet in the future. But so far, EXCELLENT!!!

I've replaced a half dozen kitchen faucets over the years, and this one really only took about a half hour with a pair of vice grips and the included allen keys. The plate on the bottom is optional, you don't need it if you have a single hole countertop and for whatever reason that bottom plate doesn't work for your situation. Quality seems great, obviously you don't know for real until you've used it for x number of years, but it's a great faucet. Feels higher end. Worth the price.

UPDATED REVIEW. Almost two years to the date, the faucet handle broke off completely. No way to fix, so now the entire faucet must be tossed. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AND AVOID KRAUS on Amazon. ORIGINAL REVIEW. Loved this item when I found it on Amazon. Thought I was purchasing from Kraus but apparently, it was a third party site “iaexpressgreenllc”. The faucet looks beautiful, was easy to install and initially worked fine. In one year, the sprayer stopped working and then, the pressure dropped to a trickle so even getting a glass of water was painful. I contacted Kraus’ customer service and they were very responsive, but unfortunately passed off responsibility to the reseller. The reseller and Amazon were both terribly unhelpful and told me there was nothing I could do but buy another faucet and purchase the Assurion warranty offered through Amazon. I paid $167 for the faucet plus $150 for the plumber and it lasted just 13 months. I recommend skipping Kraus and Amazon and pick up a recognized brand.

Bought this to replace a HansGrohl unit that leaked after 4 years and spares were not available. Quality seems very good and installation was very easy. My only minor negative is that there are no markings on the faucet to say which position is hot and which cold. That said still worth 5 stars based on quality and price.

Product arrived quickly and well packaged. It’s been installed now for about 1.5 months. Was very simple to install and seems to be made with solid and secure parts. Looks clean and elegant with my new quartz countertops. The finish is easy to keep clean and doesn’t seem to show any water spots or finger prints. The pressure is good and the spray nozzle works great. Is exactly what I was looking for and is a simple clean design. Would recommend this product for the price, style and apparent quality. Will update review in 6 months for quality but at this stage it’s working perfectly.

The hose is smaller than standard 3/8 inch and could not find a connector across dubai or shj. Had to put it in the bin and buy a grohe faucet

Beautiful, well made and really easy to install. The hardest thing about putting this tap in myself was getting the old one out which used the old system involving a huge nut underneath the counter which was VERY difficult to remove. Kraus's system which works from above was amazing. I had one tiny issue which a call to customer service solved in 60 seconds. The faucet and spray work fantastically. I'm a new fan of Kraus fixtures.

Liked the modern very polished classy look . Powerful spray but skittle narrow could have had a wider mouth .

The faucet was super quick to install - much faster than the Moen one I put in our bathroom, I think it took me an hour tops and that includes removing the old faucet and unpacking the under-sink cupboard. The pull-down sprayer has a very smooth mechanism and the water pressure is high, maybe even a shade too high, but my previous faucet would take forever to fill a coffee pot so I’ll take it. I also love that the sprayer has an auto ‘shut off’ that goes back to the stream faucet flow. I bought it through Warehouse Deals and I don’t think anything other than the main box had even been opened, all the parts were there and sealed. It did come with a deck plate as well. Excellent value for money and such a quality of life improvement, kitchen cleanup is so much more pleasant now.
