Skinny Rice Bars Blueberry

These are a lot better than I expected, they have a good level of sweetness but are not super strong tasting overall which I don't mean in a bad way. For a crunchy, lightly sweet and still somehow satisfying snack, totally worth the 70 calories. If you drink water with this you also have the benefit of feeling full longer! The cranberries add a nice fruity and tangy bite and the puffs remind me of the 'sweetened crunchy rice rolls'. The almonds were barely noticeable which I appreciated because I wanted the focus to be on the other flavors. Overall I really enjoyed this, slightly messy but nothing a hand below your mouth when you take a bite can't help. It doesn't crumble into a million pieces like some reviews seem to suggest, it's more like you will probably have a few rice puffs seperate and fall when you take a bite but that's hardly a thing worth complaining about in my opinion. They aren't super syrupy and stuck together like a rice crispy treat, and I'm glad they aren't! I feel like I'm still eating something reasonably healthy but not like I'm intentionally torturing myself when I eat these, it's the pleasant kind of healthy tasting. I'm trying to cut calories and this is something I can see myself still happy to snack on if I met my goal weight which is great. These would probably also be good for if you don't like to eat much in the morning, due to them being light tasting. They would likely also be good to keep around for if you are ever nauseous and want to eat something inoffensive and grain / carb / crunchy focused. I will get these again for sure and look forward to trying the blueberry next.

One bar before a meal and you are full! Gave one to my friend, who is also trying to lose weight for the new year. She is hooked asked me to order her a "lot". I also re-ordered for myself.The taste is so satisfying. I love a little salt and sweetness together.

Every single bar is smashed and broken apart. Defeats the purpose of buying a snack bar. I bought these to keep handy because I have a tendency to forget to eat when I’m engrossed in work. Thought these would be convenient.I will keep them to toss in milk like cereal but we need to find something better to keep on hand for those moments when I realize I’m so hungry, I’m nauseous.As an aside, I didn’t realize that these were some sort of bariatric effect bars. I didn’t buy them for appetite control, so I can’t attest to their effectiveness. But they do taste good. Too bad they don’t box them when shipping to prevent breakage.

I was expecting this to be plain flavor but it is really good. Reminds me if the trix bar from school. Would buy again.

This is a great snack for in between meals. It never upsets my stomach and it is just enough.

I buy these for a snack, only 70 calories, in between meals. Satisfies my hunger for awhile, I’m losing weight and this is tool I use. Not bad tasting.Linda
