These work great with making my sourdough. Easy to clean and use. The size is good. I wish they would bend a tad better but over all they’re great.

these are really great for sour dough. when the dough is sticky and hard to handle you simple scrabe it around with these works perfectly.

Perfect for breadmaking. I love bread and learned some time ago how to make an easy ciabatta that tastes as good as the best Italian restaurants I love to visit, here in the US and in Italy. These scrapers help bet the dough out of the bowl at the latter stages of the rise without breaking all the gas bubbles in the dough, which are critical to the open crumb of a good ciabatta.
