Terrific ARLO security cameras
Love my ARLO cameras! The attached easily to the places I chose around my house, and the rechargeable batteries work great. Easy to remove and recharge when needed. These cameras are super high quality, and give me and my family a sense of security. The record motion, vehicles, human, animals, and most anything else you want to see outside your home. Or inside you home, if that is what you need. This is an excellent value for your money, as it gives you peace of mind when you are home or away. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Waste of money.
Do not buy these cameras unless you can afford the subscription. When the free trial is over they will take away all features except the live view. So now I own $170 paperweight.

HomeKit users beware
For those looking to integrate with Apple HomeKit be aware that you need to purchase an extra hub and this device is not compatible with HomeKit secure video so you cannot save your video to your Apple iCloud account. You can only stream live video through HomeKit. Through Apple HomeKit, you can integrate with other non arlo devices to set up automations, which works nicely. But in order to save video you must either subscribe to the Arlo cloud service (not cheap) or purchase a USB or micro sd storage card to use in the hub. If you are looking just to live stream video, a hub is not needed, and you can do that through the Arlo app. Arlo does a poor job explaining this in their advertising of HomeKit compatibility for this device. Otherwise, the camera works as advertised and the app is OK

The quality of the video and photo is amazing and the view is superb. Just wish it had a magnet base.
