The Cold press juicer doesn't start after receiving it. Is the product defective?

Our cold press juicer is equipped with a safety lock feature. It can only be successfully started if all steps are followed correctly. You can refer to the installation instructions described on the last page of the manual.

Can this juicer be used to juice lemons?

No, it is not suitable for juicing lemons or other highly acidic fruits to prevent corrosion of the rotor caused by strong acids.

Why does pomace flow out of the juice outlet?

Please make sure all accessories are installed. If the filter is not installed, pomace may flow out of the juice outlet. Any question or concerns of our juicer, please feel free to reach out to us. we are always here to assist.

Regarding the pulp not being ejected efficiently？

Please note if there's a little or no produce in the Hopper, the remaining pulp may not be pushed out effectively. In such cases, If you want to keep juicing, just add the ingredients, the pulp will eject properly, or cleaning the juicer directly.
