Chakra stones can be in realigning chakras, but I suggest you have this done by someone certified as you don’t want to cause misalignment of your chakras and meridians. I believe the pendants your are referring to are the pendulums. This are used for defining answers or directions… yes/no east/ west etc. Also can be used for changing polarity of stones if you want to create a portable vortex.
