Is this a women's shirt, or is it just the neutral/men's hanes shirt cut? The review seem to vary...

You're in luck! I own both the men's and women's version of this shirt. It is definitely a women's cut. I took a picture of them side by side, I can't post it here but will post it in the reviews.

Im pretty skinny but i'm almost 5'8 and have a long torso. do yall think the small will still be long enough for me? or is it kinda short? thank you.

Im 3inches shorter and 123lbs ild go with a med. Love this shirt though!!!! I good buy 4 sure!

For Body Length, please measure from the armpit to the hem. 
For Chest Width, please measure from armpit to armpit.
Additionally, please note that the unit used when creating our Sizing Chart was Inches.
As we utilize a flat measuring system, please note that you will not measure body circumference.
