I have been trying to gain weight since ages, it was simply not possible because of some reason.I had chicken pox and gone underweight thats when I tried taking Soy Protein shake which I couldn't drink due to the grain and cement like taste. I got to know about Boost drink. Its been 20 days I started taking this drink. I gained 2.5 kgs. I guess this is really good one. I take 2 or 3 drinks one day in addition to my regular food.The only problem I find is its a bit thick, I add water to it that makes it easy to drink, I sometimes add Latte powder, strawberry powder, hot chocolate to not get fed up with the same taste.And one more thing to add, people not living in US, order your next cartons well in advance, as the shipping time could take long.Highly recommended for those with eating problem wanting to gain weight.
