Just got my hands on the Accentum Open buds. The buds are really good, sound is very nice and loud enough. There are a lot of negative reviews of late talking about fit and ANC, what not. Please read the product details first. These are open buds, it's a different category altogether than the in ear style earbuds. You cannot put any type of noise cancelation in open type earbuds and sound will come from far and also bound to be perceived less because they sit at the outer part of ear canal and not stuffed in. The sound is really good, felt that bass, mids, and treble are all balanced and earbuds are loud enough. I do feel that build quality could've been better because as is it feels all plastic. Controls are simple and intuitive, connects easily to the phone, fits well in my ear. I've used Razor's gaming open type earbuds and loved them and since then have been looking for something similar. These Accentum Open does that for me.

The sound quality is very poor and does not meet the expectations described for this product. I wanted to return or replace the item, but the return/replacement option is not working, which is extremely disappointing. This purchase has been a complete waste of money. I expected much better product quality and customer service from Amazon. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience.

I’ve been using the Accentum Open for 2 weeks and honestly, they are the most comfortable earbuds I’ve ever owned. The open design makes them feel airy, no pressure in the ear at all. The sound is incredible – clear vocals, rich bass that’s not overwhelming, and a wide soundstage. The 28-hour battery life is unbelievable; I charge them once and forget about it for days. Call quality is super crisp and people say I sound like I’m on my phone directly. Build feels premium, lightweight yet durable. Much more enjoyable than my old AirPods which used to hurt after long use.

I've been using the Sennheiser ACCENTUM Open for a while now, and they are easily the most comfortable earbuds I've ever owned. If your priority is all-day comfort, along with good sound quality, decent bass, and being able to hear your surroundings naturally, these are an excellent choice. Keep in mind that these are open-ear earbuds, so they don't have ANC or app support. If features like noise cancellation or sound customization are your main priorities, these may not be the right earbuds for you. But if comfort comes first and you're looking for a natural listening experience with good audio quality, I highly recommend them.

These earbuds feel like they were made for long listening. No ear fatigue, no heaviness. The design is minimal and stylish, and the premium finish feels much more expensive than they actually are. Audio has that classic Sennheiser richness. Calls are super clean and I can switch between phone and laptop easily. Battery life is way stronger than AirPods, which barely last a day.

1. Not a great fit as advertised. 2. Very limited functionality. There's no "swipe" gesture. It's only taps and hold. 3. I bought it for ~6k and yet NOT value for money at all. Unless you consider open design as non negotiable, there are much better earphones available in the same price like the OnePlus Buds 4. Expected better from Sennheiser. I do not consider sound quality in open ear design as they can never even come close to in ear design ones. But the hardware is great. Beautiful sound!

On call there is an issue when I am talking to anybody on call fresh voice didn’t capture by the person on next side.otherwise product is good not awesome because also it hurt the year.and also when you have open box delivery you can’t return

Very bad. I was faced a lot of trouble to reset and connect to another device. The company is saying we may wait until fully discharged. But till one month i am waiting to fully discharged. But it is still powered on condition.

Good quality sound for reasonable price.

finally after having tried various mid-priced earpods, these are the ones i kept. open, so always aware of your environment. nice fit, stays firm in the ear. there is no app, but when you used to that, it doesn't matter. sound quality is very good. as well for music as the calls. calls are crystalclear, music is crisp, very well detailed and -though not very much low - well balanced. connects simultaniously to two known devices and automatically switch to the active one. nice and very usefull. my iphone 12pro has bluetooth problems with e.g. jbl, but with the senneheiser they work without issue. touch control is almost not adjustable, but is responsive and works fine. battery life is 3 about x 7 hours, and the quick-10-minute-charge gives 1,5 hours listening i like the design, simple and nice, matte black. nice small box. only point that could be better is the rattling hinge.

First of all, most earbuds of this type fit me well, so I had no fitment issues. I used AirPods 3 before, and these are much better. With these, I can actually enjoy listening to music. The tuning suits my taste really well. I also use them for calls, and the feedback has been good - my voice sounds clear, with no complaints. I tested them on both iOS and Android; both use phone OS software noise reduction, but the microphones themselves are good. For work meetings I have external mic. The build quality is very solid. I previously returned the Sony WF-C710N because they felt very cheap, compared to them this earbuds case is premium. I also like the design of these earbuds - it feels fresh. The case is small and pocketable. No complaints at all. I have another pair of earbuds specifically for the gym that blocks noise; these ones are for Apple TV and calls, podcast, occasional music. Of course, expectations should be realistic. Apple 3.5mm EarPods that 5 times cheaper than these - sounds much better, just because it's not Bluetooth. I returned Apple AirPods 3 Pro as well. Because how they fit, and the design is not for me, and I didn't like the sound at all. So I like these much more. Much better deal for me. I bought Cambridge Audio A100 for gym and have some budget left. Highly recommended.

この値段でこの音なら十分に満足です。操作も簡単だし。もともとゼンハイザーはこれまで上位機種も含めて何個か使用しているので好きな方でもありますが、自分が好きな方面の音楽を外で気軽に聞き続けるのにちょうどいいですし、バックの楽器の演奏とボーカルの発音含めた声とのバランス、それを聞いてる時の周りの聞こえ方、耳の中での感触、悪くないです♪

Very good sound and quality, Sennheiser products are usually great. So far battery life has been as expected. No connectivity issues. First time I buy open style earbuds, so I am getting used to them. I probably won't use them to go jogging but if I do, I will update my review.
