Do you like espresso martinis? If YES, and you make them at home (not that hard), you know the hardest part is getting foam on the top. I use Cold Brew pre-made coffee, not freshly made espresso which I am told will give you froth, and a bartender told me about this product--a few drops in the shaker with all the rest of the ingredients and BAM foam on top of your martini, that will support either cocoa powder, a few coffee beans or both. KEY ingredient if you want to make authentic espresso martinis. Can be used to make foam in other drinks too.
