For starters, it's real food and not some fake food. Noodles are made from the root of the Konjac plant common in Southeast Asia. Google it. Only 5 calories per serving and 1g of carbs. Almost unbelievable. Keto friendly, give feeling of fullness when on a calorie restricted plan. This brand has information pamphlet in the box, along with recipes.

You rinse them, then dry roast with whatever ingredients. It is tasteless so perfect to be made into any flavor you want, eat hot or cold. There are tons of recipes on line, so enjoy!
