HEY HEY! so I collect journals and pens, and every christian spiritual book. I am a faithful YOUTUBE U student lol and an avid studier of the BIBLE. I bought this note book because spiral rings always lie flat lol. it comes with a table of contents for you to fill in where certain pages are! BEWARE, It does not give you a space to record all 300 pages of content. So my suggestion. only write down the super important stuff in the table of contents. it gives space for 110 places to be kept up with. so mark the table of contents with caution

I prefer to use weight rather than measuring cups when baking. This notebook was a fantastic size for making conversions to keep in my baking drawer. It seems very durable and has stood up to several spills already.

I go thru a notebook this size every 6 months or so with patient notes, vitals etc. I am hospice. THIS guy, is EXCELLENT and finally found the PERFECT notebook for my job after trying so many. Love the hardback style, ability to lay it open flat, the blank date on the corner and extra stuff in front where I keep door codes, phone numbers etc. Pages are thick but not too thick. This will not fall apart before I use the last page and that us very important as I've had to use clips and tape on others halfway through because of cheap material. Sturdy, pretty and professional. Great size and nice to write in. Cost is also very good. I've purchased same size notbooks with the plastic/vinyl like front at a higher cost or equivalent but the others fall apart every time. Love the color. I bought the forest green notebook and it's so pretty. I like that the pages are numbered. And the price is a plus.
