Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Oil is the only fresh and wild-caught cod oil in the whole world. Directly from the clean Norwegian sea, it contains 100% natural nutrients such as Vitamin A and D, and contains a full spectrum of omega fatty acids such as Omega 3 EPA, DHA. After research, you will find that most cod oil on the market is highly treated with heat to wipe off natural vitamins A and D and damage fragile omega-3 fatty acids. Many synthetic vitamins are added to compensate for loss. But only the Rosita family offers a truly traditional small batch of cod oil made from authentic Atlantic Cod (gadus morhua). This particular type of cod liver oil is backed by a history of many research and health characteristics. Please note, Rosita is like a tough wild fish harvested in a norwegian icy sea. It will not change the taste or smell of the oil and has no added flavor. Plus, only logitas catches their own fish. A sustainable practice simply hook and line up your own fishing vessel off the Norway. Only Rosita uses a rare generation of technology that naturally releases oil from the hand picked liver within 15 minutes. This mild and rapid process can only be achieved with a healthy liver of freshly earned Cod - ensuring the highest quality. When it comes to purity, only Rosita uses gentle filtration - no heat. It is highly effective in reducing contaminants but will not change or damage your precious oils. Then add a small amount of natural antioxidants to keep them fresh. Each batch is tested by a microbiology laboratory, and certified to meet strict European and World Health Organizations regulations (including heavy metal tests) for effectiveness and purity. In addition, Rosita has posted results on our website to ensure complete clarity. Review: Rosita’s Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil is by far the purest I’ve found. You can taste right away that it’s the real thing, fresh, raw, and unprocessed. That does mean it tastes fishy, and honestly, that’s to be expected from an oil that hasn’t been stripped, deodorized, or flavored. To me, that’s actually a sign of quality. The company’s commitment to transparency and quality is clear and you can actually trace the process from the cold, clean waters of Norway to the final fresh bottle in your hand. They actually use an extraction method similar to the Vikings allowing the fresh livers to naturally release the oil without heat or harsh processing. That means the vitamins A and D, along with the omega-3s, stay in their pure, natural form. What really makes Rosita different, though, is trust. In an industry where it’s easy to hide behind marketing claims, Rosita is refreshingly transparent. They share lab results, offer clear information on sourcing, and even make canceling or adjusting subscriptions simple, something that builds real loyalty. In terms of benefits, I’ve noticed steady improvements in energy, mood, and overall immune support. It’s been especially helpful during the colder months when I’m prone to fatigue and low vitamin D. My family takes it too (and dogs!) and it’s reassuring to know we’re all getting a supplement that’s both pure and safe. Review: I took fish oil supplements before, but never before I've experienced such change with this one. When I don't get enough sleep or just bad sleep in general I always have this pressure in my head and feels like something poking to my brain until headache arrives, but now my head feels so clear. Obviously to everyone is different, but to me it made huge change. Of course taste is awful, I always have to eat something meaty to make aftertaste to disappear.

It's a cold pressed oil which should be kept cool to maintain quality. But during delivery it gets very hot and that's a big negligence on amazon's behalf. We are paying to get the freshest thing. But little negligence deteriorated the product quality.

The quality is excellent and I've noticed a definite improvement in my eyes and skin. I need to say their bottle choice is terrible. I've actually spilled over a tablespoon or more all over my counter several times and it pours out fast and you need to be very careful. I've wasted a lot of it having unfortunate accidents because the bottle opening is so large. The product is too expensive to be losing it on the counter.
