380 mg sodium per 1 cup is still quite a bit. "no salt added" broths are a much healthier alternative. An example is Pacific organic turkey bone broth at 85mg sodium /1 cup or Swanson chicken broth unsalted at only 45mg/1 cup. I particularly like the bone broth because of the 0 fat, 0 carb, 9 protein per cup

Is your chicken organic and free of hormones and antibiotics?

I don't think so because it's not listed on the label, and manufacturers usually use "organic" as a big selling point. The ingredients listed on the label are Chicken broth (made from bones), Organic Mirepoix (onion, carrots, celery), sea salt and spice and herbs (black pepper, bay leaf, thyme).You might want to check their www.kitchenbasics.net website or call the 1-800-632-5847 customer service number.

Is this 12 containers 32 ounceds each?

No, but the price for a box of 12 8.25 oz. cartons is cheaper than buying them individually.

Is the miropex and herb just the small chicken bone broth ones?
