Soft but has the required pressure. Had one that was very similar but after years of use it’s gotten kinda loud. This one is the closest I could find and I love it because it’s small and doesn’t get in the way when adding fun to couple action. It’s soft so it doesn’t hurt against the body. My husband has ordered three or four in an effort to get a replacement and this one is just perfect. You can turn it up and you can turn it down. There’s no fancy patterns or vibration or tones. One of the replacements doesn’t have a solid vibration and it can stop a successful show (read between the lines here). This one you chose how you use it. I just like it basic. 100% recommend.

This item is compact, rechargeable, and function exactly as you hope it would. My only gripe about it is that it's hard to clean and doesn't come with its own little hygenic bag (which would have been nice). It also doesn't come with any instructions or suggestions about how to clean it, which is annoying. Would not buy it again, for that reason.
