Nutricost BCAA Powder (Watermelon, 90 Serv) - Optimal 2:1:1 Ratio

I’ve been use nutricost products for about 5 months now and they sell quality products at a very low price. I tested this out and it does help with workout performance and also helps recover from muscle soreness that happens after a day of intense workout. The next day I was barely sore, I noticed if I don’t take this BCAA before, during and after my workout session, then I’m painfully sore the next day. BCAA helps recovery time a lot. Also the watermelon flavor is great. The bottle says to add to 8 ounces of water, but I add 1-2 scoops to an 16 ounces of water instead. This product does actually work, and if you want something that will help you with the soreness, this product will help you with that. I also use nutricosts pre-workout, fish oil capsules, l-glutamine, creatine mono., etc. They sell many products that save our money and delivery quality products. I’m thinking to try out the coconut and pineapple flavor of BCAA. FYI: if you decide to order their unflavored-glutamine, you should know that it tastes really bad, they also have flavored l-glutamine, if you mistakenly bought the unflavored l-glutamine just mix it with BCAA (watermelon) and it does a great job of completely masking the bad flavor. Creative unflavored tastes good with water actually. But be careful with the unflavored products. I recommend buying small bottles of different flavors first and seeing which ones you like, mix stuff as needed. I hope this review helps. I didn’t see anyone leave a detailed and decent review to decided to go in depth. Also, for my pre-workout I add that to 500mL (17oz) of water not 8-12oz. It’s alsways good to add these powders to plenty of water for proper digestion, especially the pre-workout since it has caffeine. If you take a pre-workout with 300mg if caffeine you need to mix/drink plenty of water, otherwise you will get severe constipation. Other than that, Nutricost sells great products, just make sure you use them properly. I hope they come out with more products too.

By far and away the best flavor of any branched-chain amino acid mix I've ever had. I've got it on subscription. I love it!

Great product and seller!

Product has a LOT of flavor. I purchased watermelon because the vanilla and the lemon was sold out. Been using for a week so I cannot say my skin or its other properties have shown improvements yet. But I wanted to review before result to say that it is VERYYYYYYY SWEEEEET!!! Almost toooo sweet!! I am only using half a scoop because I cannot handle the sweetness. Price is fair. Powder ‘mix ability’ is excellent. No side effects so far….

Excellent value for the money and I really enjoy the watermelon flavor. Unlike the green apple which was too sweet, this one has the right amount of tartness. It's very similar to the watermelon jolly rancher flavor. The flavor is quite strong so I mix it 2:1 with unflavored BCAAs to stretch out the supply a bit.

I was previously using GHOST brand BCAA powder, but it was getting kind of pricey and I wasn't loving that the two flavors I enjoyed were frequently out of stock. Since I've already switched over to Nutricost for Collagen Peptide powder and Creatine powder: I figured why not add another Nutricost product to the mix!I like this watermelon flavor. It dissolves easily in cold water, and isn't overwhelmingly sweet. Something about it smells very familiar; I cannot put my finger on it. Maybe a mixture of that scent that hits you the moment you open a package of Circus Peanuts, mixed with those scented dolls (Strawberry Shortcake)?

I just wanted to post for those contemplating Nutricost that the quality of Nutricost products I have used is always top tier. Do you want the best Creatine and not the heavy-metals-laden substandard Chinese stuff? Of course you do, and I don't fault you for wanting the best, so jump in feet-first and get the Nutricost German Creatine made with Creapure........I never have any doubt about whether I'm getting what I paid for with Nutricost, and neither will you. As the late yet great humanitarian Oskar Schindler once said, "nice things cost money"; he was right, so why not go with Nutricost as they make the best yet make it affordable as well? You're too smart to be fooled by flashy labels & gimicky names......your body knows what it needs. What your body needs is simple yet sound supplementation, and Nutricost fits the bill nicely. I'm currently using their Creatine made with Creapure from Germany, BCAA, L-Glutamine, HMB & Beta Alanine and wanted to put the good word out for them as they deserve it. Give Nutricost a chance; you'll love their supplements. Stay strong, eat right, train smart (don't overtrain!!!!) & rest smart. Think positive and it'll all fall into place. The taste is very strong. I only use about half a scoop per shaker due to how strong the taste is. Good price but did give me acid reflux after awhile. Maybe ingredients? Not sure. But I will finish out the bottle and then just go back to my other brand.
